good job dude ! Plastidip is a magic material, I made with this color belly pan and rear hugger on my machine and it is really super. Yes, it is slowly, but the result is super. Your Kawa is nice ! :-)

Thanks man, I thing it looks better too. I always keep myself busy with things, so there are more mods to come such as usb chargers, steering bars, engine crash protectors. All of them in time..

I’m questioning how long that dip will last on the panels where your boots normally rub.

On the side panels dip is good as new. On the panels where the boots come in contact I have to restore it every few months.

How many cans of plasti dip did this take? I'm looking to do this to my 2011 Versys next week.

Depends on how many layers of plastidip you're aiming. I used a full can and a half and it is ok up to this day..

Πόσα μπουκάλια χρειαστηκες για να τα βάψεις αυτα, και πόσα στρώσεις χρειάζεται για να φαίνεται σωστά βαμμένο;

Ένα μπουκάλι και λίγο από δεύτερο. Εγώ βάζω τουλάχιστον 4 στρώσεις, νομίζω πως είναι αρκετές. Η πρώτη στρώση πάντα "άχνα", μην το πλακώσεις, ίσα να πιάσει κάτι λίγο. Οι υπόλοιπες γεμάτες. Και οπωσδήποτε να το αφήνεις να στεγνώνει ενδιάμεσα.
