    I just Googled this and the only kid who survived, despite being wheeled into the Courtroom due to the injuries sustained, went right back to stealing cars and running from Police only a year later. Watching 3 people die taught him ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
    There goes any and all of my sympathy.

    • @TedBronson1918
      @TedBronson1918 3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Not the judicial system - the legislative system. The judges can only go by the sentencing limitations that the legislature (House and Senate) make. People have to start blaming the lawmakers for that problem, and NOT the judges, and there is one specific political party causing most of the harm with their nonsense. I'm sure the judges would tell you how sick they are of seeing the same faces, and of what kind of sentences they'd really like to hand down to many of these young (and adult) repeat offenders.

      @julesmisty 4 ปีที่แล้ว +31

      How about holding these teens accountable? They were all old enough to know right from wrong and with 126 arrests between them, you're correct about the blame to parents, who should have been made to explain why their kids were uncontrollable and what they were doing to keep them from committing more crimes, long before this crime occurred, and judge, who also should be questioned about previous crimes and punishments they ordered. These kids should not have been out walking free. They are victims of their own stupidity. Their parents should be sterilized too, so they can't produce any more winners that end up being career criminals.

    As a single mother having raised 4 children on my own (3 boys, 1 girl), I did my best to be into everything my kids were into. And no, I couldn't be on them 24/7 but if I heard or suspected anything was amiss, I had no one to reach out for help but the cops, and yes I called on them more times than I would have liked. My kids new that if I so much as suspected they were up to no good, I was not standing for it. Today, my oldest (25) is going three years as a correctional officer, another (24) is a supervisor, and the youngest (21) preparing to go into the military. No, they weren't perfect and still aren't but I made sure to drive home that actions have consequences and if momma has anything to do with it, she will see to it that you are held accountable.

      This is how this works for who ever was hit in their car from these young monsters. So you have hopefully full insurance coverage on you vehicle. Then you file a claim, then you find out your insurance company (now every insurance company in the US) raises your rate from 10% to 15% for 3 to 5 years. So you have just over the next 3 to 5 year paid back a huge amount of the cost of your replacement vehicle. It's insurance wonderful? I just filed a towing charge of $55.00 with my insurance company (State Farm) and they sent me a letter stipulating they are contemplating raising my rates because I filed the tow charge with them. Again isn't insurance great?

      @Two Dogs yep that's why I carry I refuse to be a victim. I've been held at gun point one time and the only reason that happened was because I was not armed. Had I been armed I could have stopped it well before they got up on us because I saw them running towards us with a firearm in hand. They got all up on my friend and were trying to get everything he had and I don't think they even noticed me. I stood up out of that car so they couldn't get me in that same vulnerable position and thankfully that worked. It scared the shit out of them and I ended up with a gun pointed at my face but really though I was gonna have a gun in my face regardless. I just raised my hands high enough for them to see em and said I don't have crap. I wasn't gonna go and just hand anything over and neither of them wanted to get close enough to go in my pockets. But yeah I carry now and if someone tries that stupid crap again they are gonna get shot. Like I said they were a decent bit away at the time and if I were armed I absolutely could have ended that way faster.

      TommyG1814,
      Those are the common statements made by sub-culture Black ''parents''. And now we need to define what a Black sub-culture ''parent'' is. This means ''an American, single-mother by choice on welfare''.
      Strangely enough, these kinds of derelicts do not exist within Black European communities. And for that matter, most African immigrants are not like most American Blacks. The reason for this is that Europe and even many areas on the continent of Africa do not allow the degenerate Black sub-culture to exist.
      A nice young Ugandan man was my Uber driver recently. He explained that American Blacks terrified him. And he had darker skin than any American Black one might normally see. So obviously race has nothing to do with creating the problem.
      Instead, we long ago funded single-mother by choice. Removing fathers from the Black home. And this created the ongoing disaster we see today. Rotten, unwanted kids. Brought into the world by ignorant, selfish, and stupid Black women.

I thank the Lord that my son is such an awesome trouble free 19yr old young man that has known how to work for what he wants since he was in high school. Holds a excellent full time job, and purchased his own vehicle himself, and didn’t feel he had to go steal someone else’s. It irritates me when a lot of moms try to use the ‘oh I’m a single parent’ bullshit to make an excuse for their child’s behavior. If my son can be raised by one parent and turn out excellent, others can as well.

      Growing up with 3 brothers, 1 sister, and our mother. We lived in a old, run down shotgun house with two bed rooms and a old bathtub. We could not afford clothing and went hungry much of the time. I could go on and on and on about how poor and underprivileged we truly were. My uncles were all amazed that not one of us ever went to prison. Although one brother and our sister died mysteriously, the other three did alright. Anyway, the few people to whom I totally confided in over the years could not believe that anyone in America lived in such poverty. The only negative affect it has had on me is that I still have nightmares about my environment growing up. Our mother was very harsh on her sons and used belts, switches and other devices to drive the demons out of us and it worked. As an adult I totally understand her methods and I love her very, very much and never held any animosity or hatred. Like many of these criminals I could come up with a million excuses for bad behavior, but our mother taught us better than that. She taught us to be honest and right from wrong and made sure we knew there were consequences for our actions. That's all!

      My dad abandoned us when I was not even 4 years old. I saw what my mother was going through to raise us kids in the 1960s. She had her hands full, she didn't need any more problems. I tried to make it so that she wouldn't have any problems with me. But at the same time, that made me a "nerd" as a teen growing up in the '70s.

      @@tonyhelton2788 Oh man, I'm sorry you grew up under such conditions, In my family, we didn't have a lot of money as a single-mother family, and my mom used corporal punishment (with a hair brush) for a while. But the last time, when I was about 9 years old, she realized she had made a big mistake because I had not done anything wrong, And after that, I was never subjected to such punishment again. And I swore I would never do that to any kids I had. I always explained to my kids why some some things were good, and others were not good. And it worked-- they're both well-adjusted adults now and I never even had to swat either one of them when they were growing up. Just lead by example.
