I’ve been trying to aim my lights for the past 10 months with no luck. All I can do is rotate a beam adjustment screw a little bit and do a road test on the way to work. I don’t have a wall and 25ft of level ground.

We recommend going to your local Firehouse, and asking them if you can utilize their doors and ramp to aim your headlights if you can't find anywhere else!

...and accordingly to DOT what is stated for vehicles with the center point of the headlights under 36 inches? :D

"The SAE specifies that if the optical center of the headlamp, or optical center height (OCH), is less than 90 cm (36 inches) above the roadway surface, then the reference point should be at the same height as the optical center." - Federal Highway Administration Research and Technology

Cannot adjust my headlights on my 3.6 gas gladiator. Cannot get to the adjustment screws while headlights are installed. Only way to access them is to remove the headlights, which seems a little goofy to me.

Your not alone. Trying to adjust mine and have to pull the lights out to adjust them. Seems a little strange to me. Hopefully gen 2 will have adjustment screws accessible from the top so they can be installed amd then adjusted

Same, i can get the drivers side with a ratchet but the passenger side has to come out. They should have come with a 90 degree adapter

just installed these on my gladiator and they are accessible but barely. the driver side reachable using the supplied key tool just may need to move factory harness and inch or so to help align the tool, passenger side is way easier but you will need to remove the 10mm bolt hold factory air cleaner box in place and just pick up on that end of the box. Their is enough play in the intake hose to be able to move the box with out have to disconnect the hose. Hope this helps!!!

I received mine last Friday, got them installed finally yesterday. I think I don’t have the bolts tight enough though because I can only see about 15’ in front of the Jeep, anything beyond that is blacker than black. Headlight seemed tight, didn’t want to overtorque the bolts. Don’t know what torque spec is
