A woman posted her quilt that she made on FB. I made sure to scroll through all the comments in hopes someone asked the name of the block. Well she mentioned it was a MSQ and I immediately looked for the tutorial. The nicest block thus far I have laid my eyes on! Oh and Jenny you are cool.

I also love all the disappearing blocks. It is so much fun to see the transformation when cutting a simple four patch, pinwheel, etc and sewing them back together. I am amazed at the variety you get when turning pieces in different ways. The last quilt I completed was the Disappearing hour glass. I donated this quilt to Love Inc (non-profit) Quilt Auction in my community. As a result, I think you may have many more followers : )

This was indeed a "really fun project to do" I had so much fun pulling from my stash to cut my own "layer cake" for this one as I wanted it to be a scrappy reminder of my fabric stash. It went together fabulous and looks more complicated than it is. Of course with Jenny's tutorials nothing is ever hard! Thanks again MSQC for adding to my "finished quilt" collection!

Thank you Jenny for all your wonderful tutorials. It is because of you, your easy, fun manner and your clear instructions that I was inspired to learn to quilt. I have sewn all my life but never considered quilting until I came across your tutorials. I see another pattern in there Jenny, just before you turn the middle block around. The whole block makes a nice big X. I think that would also look nice in a quilt.
