At first glance I thought it was a bit 'busy looking', but then, suddenly, it became a quilt of 12" blocks all with the same pattern, but each a different color. It no longer looked 'busy' to me. I love it. I've just acquired some Hoffman watercolor batiks that will be beautiful with that pattern! Thank-you, Jenny & crew!
This is a great example of playing with blocks to make a terrific quilt. you are a great teacher because you show the simple way to look complicated! Yeah? Thanks 🙏
Yet another fabulous video! I’ve chain-sewn blocks for years, but this is the first time I’ve seen the method done without cutting the threads before joining adjacent sections. Not only does it save time, it simplifies aligning the sections correctly. Brilliant! Thank you!
LOVE IT! PLEASE NEVER STOP FILMING NEW TUTORIALS! Recently, I have become a huge fan and customer of MSQC. THANK YOU! From a "Sista 62 yr old Gemini Sewist," who loves variety in stitching ...truly is the spice of life! DD Wilmot
Another Gorgeous quilt !! I love your tutorials. Thank you for sharing your love and passion of quilting! I was in heaven this Winter as I perused thru all your shops in Hamilton.! Everyone was helpful, friendly town, Man Land was perfect for hubby! I will return! Thank you Jenny and team! Anna from Manitoba
This is a stunning quilt. Would never think I could make this until I saw your video! :-). You’ve made so many quilts possible for me. Thank you so much for sharing!
Love this block. I'm so glad you cut the blocks up and arrange them the way you do. I would too afraid to try something like that. Hope you and your family and staff have a great 4th of July!
I love this! And so funny! Last night I was going through your tutorials and writing down all the disappearing quilts. I want to start and make them all. So I am getting myself organized to make them! Thanks for another great quilt!
Beautiful quilt! I never thought of using a rotating mat and just cutting one side at a time as you turn. That seems so much easier and less likely to screw up than cutting side to side. I always love your tutorials! I learn do much!
Thank you for another wonderful tutorial. This quilt is beautiful....definitely on my to do list. Thanks again. I hope to get to Hamilton Missouri someday.
Thanks so much for this tutorial - this is just a wonderful quilt that appeals to my creative side. You & your tutorials are such an inspiration! Thank you so much!!!!
I love this too and will make it for sure after I've completed Jenny's "Diamond Pavers" quilt. I might make it tho without the second border then decide if I want the second one.
I too, watching again, years later. Sometimes Jenny, you are more iinspiratiinal in some videos than otgers. Releasing us from certain constraints. This is disappearing hourglass no.3? Or have I missed others? Im thinking of putting tgem tigether as a sampler effort! Misding the big effect of simi lar blicks but honouring the enterprise!!
I LOVE this pattern and want to do a vertical panel of three of these for a wall hanging. Thank you for the tutorial! I’m a confident beginner at quilting and I still like to press all my seams so they nest together where points meet. Any tips on how to do this when you make a block then cut it up and sew it back together?!
So soooooooo lovely Jenny, appreciate you. Umm I'm always wanting to start a quilt however I have no idea what comes after this.. What else do you do to finish it?🤔😊
After you have completed a quilt top, you would then make a "quilt sandwich". You do this by choosing a backing and the appropriate batting and layer them all together. We would be more than happy to walk you through the steps if you would like to mail us your quilt top to finish for you. Feel free to give our Customer Service Department a call if you have any further questions 888-571-1122. :D
I noticed that the block in the lower right corner of the screen was not the same. I'm glad I'm not the only one that makes mistakes. It still is a beautiful quilt.
Really love you tutorial. and some time very funny also. Question do you have 1 of your block on bottom right that is reverse. the one in very light yellowish green
It's amazing how you can just blast through all those stitches without pins and still come out consistent.

We don't really have any plans for the 4th so I'll just be stitching throughout the evening. I love all the charts. :)
Such a beautiful pattern! I love your channel ❤
Very nice,
From afar, the 4-patches look like circles!

when I put on a border I always go round, for some strange reason. I think it adds a personal touch.

Hi Jenny. Are layer cakes available for the "background" fabric only? All the same design/print, 10" squares?
ओ! छान छान Thank you.

I just had to go take a peek. You are right! The middle block on the left side is sewed in backwards. This means Jenny is just like us, not perfect!!!
@@csmith8169 But we love Jenny just the way she is, Fun, Exciting, and a great inspiration.
What kind of sewing machine are you using in this vide Jenny? Love the speed. Love this block.
This is the BabyLock Jane.
