Thank you Wizard! My husband requested this unit a few years ago when our washer crapped out. Well he has been using it w/only rave reviews. Maurice passed away on 12 Oct. I couldn't find any manuals and he never reviewed the operations w/me as this was his thing. I found your video because lg didn't offer anything I could find showing me this process. I'm runnin a load right now. When I'm done I'll take a pict of the filter at the bottom. I'm sure it's filthy. I'm learning all this new crap since he ran the house. Thank you again Wizard!

Try Spray N Wash for the stains. I tried in past and it works.
Do you have a video how to maintenance the ventless dryer? This is whats got me confused at the moment...
I check my catch filter every 10 wash cycles . The first two / 10 wash cycles the catcher has been clear of any debree, so for me this is adequate.

I’m not sure about the dryer. I would contact the manufacture GE to find out how to clean it. I would not put any water in dryer unless GE tells you that it’s alright.
We now own this washtower, and LG recommends cleaning the dryer vents with water after every 10 loads. I haven't done 10 loads yet, so I was hoping to find a video from someone who has. Thanks

Does anyonwñe ever had a leak through the washing section door, i saw alot of bubbles and soap inside and suddenly realiZed there was a bit of water on the front floor bottom part? Is it.because there is a leak under the machine, im worried cause ita brand new
What about the dryer vent? How do you clean it without pulling the WashTower out? Please post a follow-on video please.

You should clean this washer every couple of months.
does this fit in 27 3/4 width that's how much space i have, height and depth are good but am skpetical
The Washer is exactly 27 inches wide. You only have 3/4 width to work with. That’s a real tight fit.

This machine doesn’t come with cleaning tub cleaning. . You can try LG AP and see if there’s a cleaning cycle I don’t know about. It’s worth a try. Let me know if they do.
I've had mine for 2 years now and i clean it all the time but i really need to take that ring out to do a deep clean because it smells and my clothes aren't smelling very good no matter what i do! I don't want to break anything but i can't get to everything under the ring and i can see its gross@@!
I found you need to clean water out all the time, because there’s a musty smell if you don’t. I have put some vinegar with towels in the washer and still added laundry detergent like normal and it smells better with 2nd rinse.

This is so annoying! I have to do this every time I wash something or it smells the area up
It’s a pain to clean this washer. I actually get water out every time with the black tube and also the one with a knob that turns. If you do clean the one with the knob you have to have towels on the floor, because water will flow out. If you don’t clean out eventually mold can form. I still like this washer despite the cleaning.
