- Washer is broken so LG is working me on that. I love the space savings of the machine but will go back to a top load. Hopefully in the future LG can work out the kinks and make parts available to fix the wash towers and I will hopefully purchase a new one in the future.
In my opinion, if the base is broken, then I think when being delivered, the handle truck they used to move broke the base. I have serviced a lot of LG and never saw a base cracked. With the lint on the dyer door. That means you have venting issues.
You really have to level your machine. I live in an apartment building. With neighbors below me. And I have no issue……. I run it in every cycle no problem no vibration.
I saw your recent video and about the wifi part creat an account the code they want you to scan is on the lid on the bottom washer you click the wifi on the dryer button from there you follow on your setting on your phone 😊 I just purchased this beauty and I love it so far 🎉
Why does it need to be hooked up to the internet? Do you use the app functions often?
Wow I am happy LG treated you great. Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Inside the dispenser tray on the mental part had rusted and it took months for LG to replace it. Now around the dryer where the rubber connects to the metal the paint is chipping off. I have never ever seen paint chip off of a major appliance and I am getting the run around again with LG.

I have the large washtower with heatpump dryer and have no problems with high speed spin on the washing machine.
I have the exact same washing tower. I have had it 2 years and 4 months. The vibration sensor broke. I thought the 10 year warranty that comes with the tower would cover that part. However it does not and I was disappointed and angry! Now it will cost me more than $400 to have it fixed. I paid $2,149.49 on March 28, 2022. I have never had any problems in the past with Maytag or GE appliances they all lasted me at least 8 - 10 years before any issues. I will be selling this appliance and will need to take the loss. Also I would suggest to never buy an LG appliance. The TV's are great but they don't know what they are doing with appliances. SAD
Just purchased this model brand news, and 3 wash cycles in has never drained the softener. The same softener from the first wash is in the tray.
Is this the heat pump or vented dryer?

We just bought an LG Wash Tower and be careful with placement as the standard 6' power cord may not reach your wall outlet, and our house is 4 years old. Mine is so taught the plug can't seat 100% into the outlet and we really can't move the unit any closer. So my only option is to buy a longer power cord. The shortest LONG one I can find is 10'. So I'll change that out as I'm not comfortable with the current setup.
We had to buy a 10ft cord also so we could move it where we wanted it. I did not know we needed a splitter for the water line to use the steam feature in the dryer and it did not come with one so we never used the steam.
Good 12 guage power cord can be bought by the foot and quality male and female plug ends can be purchased too.
Good feedback, overall why are you not keeping it? And I would want to see how it shakes the house lol
How did that piece in the back break? If you like it, why are you getting rid of it?
She wants "top loading" washer.
Top loading washer will most likely have an agitator which takes away clothe space in the wash drum.

I have had my wash tower since Jan. 17th. The DRYER has failed to work / heat since installed. Filed complaint on the 18th....LG has FAILED to fix, replace or refund this unit. LG has FAILED in customer service.
I just returned TWO new GE stackables. First one worked 6 days; second one worked 13 days. I am considering LG now. Where are you and why not make them pick it up?? Lowe's warehouse is refunding me. Your unit is way too new to be dealing with warranty repair, etc. I have reported GE to the Better Business Bureau.
Yeah, me too. This is my second rodeo with LG. Huge design flaw with dryer and lint filtration system. Absolute expensive junk. I had the LG customer service rep ignore me for 15 minutes on the phone. They know they have a design flaw. That's why they aren't helping you or me. Sounds like a class action lawsuit against LG and or their suppliers. Y'all have been forewarned. Absolute junk! Loved the dryer I bought 12 years ago but the washer was junk. Couldn't understand why my clothes were smelling like chemical, they were burning. First time I fixed the lint problem. My tower is 10 months old.

You need to get some anti vibration pads for the feet and that should take care of shaking the house
Can you recommend some? I would agree, we are on a crawl and it can surely vibrate the house on the high-speed indeed.
