I use my early bronco mostly for the trail and for that it’s great.Lowered mine also with 90mm takes offs from axial jlu,some metal beadlock wheels with brass rings inside front wheels and some other things done to personalize it. I love my early bronco.Lots of fun trailing and some scale rock crawling.
I liked the first stet of rims you put on after the stock ones myself but each to their own.. lol.. im interested in following this build ...ol Bronco's Rock.. 🤙🏼✌🏼
May go back when all our parts show up and we can get after this build finally! Hate the waiting game. It’s gotten bad last few years. Never any stock.
Honest, i sold mine and i was not satisfied. The torque twist was abnormal and have to dismantle the tranny to use the two speed. For me a no go at that price tag. Other brands do a better job. Yes one could install shorter shocks and use only one speed. Sorry the Trx4 does a way better job. A bit sad from Axial while the body is really nice.
We fully agree and only got this as a gift as there was nothing else for us to buy at the time on the market. Literally our last choice lol. But we will make it great!
I put a Raffee 4 door Cherokee XJ on mine, fits really good after trimming the front fenders and rock rails. Just have to figure out mounts now but it sits on the chassis perfect other than maybe a tiny wheelbase adjustment with shorter rod ends.
