I don't remember where I first saw it but so many aspects of One Piece can be explained by romanticism. The way character proportions change from scene to scene based on what the narrative is trying to say, the stress and importance put on freedom and willpower, and even the central power system itself all tie back into it. It's even in the name of the first arc.
I subscribe to the idea that everything in the story circles around back to that foundation. From that point of view the height Oda makes things is just another aspect of story telling used to sell the ideas Oda wants to portray.

One Piece verse has Observation Haki which is similar to having sharingan. And the intangibility logia users have is underrated. OP characters have hacks too is what I'm saying. Future Sight is all that needs to be said.
It's crazy how the sharingan is really rare and tough to handle, while observation haki is basically a must have in the NW, even the physical abilities are way different, random civilians in One Piece seem tougher physically than trained shinobi and Naruto, and the most physically strong in Naruto like Sakura or Tsunade have actually a pretty average strenght in One Piece (Luffy in Water 7 could already pushing out tall building by just flexing)
The skull on onigashima is theorized to be a skull of a ancient oni race or something like that but we don’t know yet

Weve seen gear 4 luffy gets blitzed and one shotted by kaido in their next fight base luffy was keeping up with him luffy also has durability negation, future sight so alot of narutos hax are kind on useless now him getting trapped is also out of the case he made himself (in gear 5) as big as onigashima and dwarfed it and in base was dodging light then gear 2 is a 10 times multiplier gear 4th is atleast a 3 amp that alone scales his speed to 20 times the speed of light just based off of one feat and also as i said before luffy was blitzed in gear 4th by base kaido then he fought him again and was keeping up with him so 20 x 10 = 200 200x3=600 so hes 600 times the speed of light during his second fight with kaido he also has hax such as COMING BACK FROM THE DEAD, as i said future sight, getting stronger as he laughs, turning his environment into rubber that reflect attacks, and toon force (like the looney toon characters basicly reality manipulation)

I’ll just throw this out there in reality the Walls in AOT in reality are really not that tall. Considering that the colossal titan is 60m and can see over. That’s less than 200 feet and if you think about it in everyday objects the wall in AOT is just taller than your average water tower.

Honestly comparing verses is kinda pointless to me. A characters strength really only in verse. Even then it's hard to gage since so much being determined by narrative. Who is to say how Haki works in naruto or genjutsu on a one piece character. Could a naruto verse character hit a logia? Also being stronger then someone in another verse doesn't make u a better character or make the story better.
Malikk, base luffy has way higher stats and hax than so6p naruto, even base luffy wins, he doesn’t need g4, 3, or 2

I didn't like how Naruto lost the orbs. Why wouldn't they come back? Or couldn't he go fish them out of the water? I remember they got pierced but still. They would still have to be good for something i would think.. instead there's truth seeking orbs w some rods or chakra arrows in them chilling at bottom of a lake or whatever? I tried to search for answers but there are a lot of conflicting takes. Some say he lost them. Some say he had 3 left and they just disappeared. Some say he can still generate them but just chooses not to for some reason..? Those orbs and their ultimate fate is one of biggest questions i have around Naruto! 😂
