That 180⁰ thing is NOT true. It doesn't snap open like a Z Fold but you can definitely open it to 180⁰. People think you're "forcing" it but it's just a stiff hinge.
I been using my pixel fold more than my fold 5
Is it good idea to replace my Fold 5 by Pixel fold? I want it but can not make a decision 😢

I just bought mine open box for $1100.00. If I had to describe it with one word it would be futuristic. They got so much right with this. The useable/enjoyable outer display, solid cameras, (they put everything they could into this form factor), solid battery life and performance is great. Like seriously this is my new favorite phone, even when compared to the one plus open
Got yourself a new subscriber great video. I have the pixel fold myself and I love it now that with the beta I can resize all apps on the inner screen to make the most of the space. Really solid feeling device coming from a Samsung fold 4 which had a really crunchy hinge. Like I say you can full screen the apps landscape using the latest beta. Also hinge wise once you open you just give it a little extra push and it goes flat no problem.

I have the fold 5 and the OnePlus Open, I just recently obtained the Pixel Fold. The fold is THE one to get. The smart intuitive software and the being the best size and aspect ratio it's the best one. Android 14 update makes it even better.
I haven't had a chance to update to the beta yet, but I'm excited!

Great video, but I hate when tech tubers say the Pixel Fold doesn't open flat. Bro just apply a just a tad bit more force and it flattens out evenly l...you are not going to break the phone if you just push it back far enough. Cmon Man this is misinformation. Still great video though
Thanks for the video review. Ive read the bezels are bigger to allow the phone to be as thin as it is, something about the hinge design.

You clearly work hard on your videos, you got the hunger you got the drive but I think you should consider conditioning the room where you record for sound better, hang up some blankets and get that room echo down. Also don't be afraid to take more stylistic/editorial risks! It's clear you love the mkbhd/mrwhosetheboss generation of techtuber but you gotta stand out from the pack if you want to carve a niche in this darwinian content jungle. Experiment. Go nuts with it and see what pays off.

Coming from z fold 4 and N20U, the pixel fold is an amazing phone.
My Z Fold 4 hinge actually malfunctioned and being a Samsung customer since S3 their support was not helpful. Vodafone on the other hand were helpful and managed to resolve the matter. So i then brought pixel fold and very happy with it. So it worked out perfect in the end.
I'm going to stick to vodafone and pixel fones. Samsung has now lost a long withstanding customer.
I hate Google ditch the pixel fold and gave their attention all to the pixel 8 pro. They haven't done nothing since that update in August to stretch the apps to full-screen. No feature updates. I took my talents back to Samsung

You can charge the aspects ratio in settings Android 14 has lots changes.Mine does Folds flat had for 5 months.
I adore this phone. Best phone Ive used and I've used alot. I just want them to improve battery and the bezels and a bit more customisation with the pixel launcher on the fold 2
My z fold 5 also opens not 100% flat. But more like the pixel. In the first days it was annoying, but then not longer
