What about the sticking points people get when they diet on super low calories? Then when they increase them they start losing again. Would the aggressive style be counterintuitive here?

Love this. Thanks. I am wondering if you have to still pay attention to minimum carb and fat intake within the context of an aggressive diet that lasts a month or 6 weeks and is not a PSMF. For example, Do you need to be at a minimum carb intake of 100-120 to prevent going into ketosis? Or is there a reason to have a minimum fat intake for 'hormonal health' and therefore not feel like shit? Are these concerns a non-issue as the diet won't last long anyway? I will try to ask Martin if I can , but I'd like to hear your perspective.

Guys I don't know why you all still want to bash things like keto and carnivore etc , but as he said , he wants to make sure most of the loss is coming from fat , keto does all that , the carnivore diet does all that , how hard is it to understand and also
Keto , carnivore diet does promote more energy and muscle gain , do it in a cyclic approach if you want but after beating like this for the last 3 years I can never go back to a high carb approach , you cycle carbs in when and if required which isn't that often at all , hey and I was a big carb fan ,
This is just so much better , don't know why people still bash it , guess some people really are stuck in their ways

jaz ok I recommend you start following the man closely :) he is not against keto , but if you like it more power to you , it is just not the wholy Grail , that is all what he is saying, if it's working for you good , more power to you

dave oalumbo I don't mean to offend , tho I also dislike when people put it down as a fad , the science is there more studies come out all the time , but these studies take years before they become mainstream , these other approaches do creat a metabolic advantage and are showing to produce Better results , not everyone would like it , but this is legit ,

Being in ketosis all the time actually caused pancreatic failure. 🤷‍♂️
