Not sure locally for you but I would check with your local dealers, Cabela's, Bass Pros or I know my local dealer should have it later this week. This is a Canadian price and they will ship to you if you can't get one locally thefishinhole.com/index.cfm?action=product&kw=/Jiffy/JIFFY-ICE-SCOUT/&se=34524
Good video can't wait to see it rip!👍 Too bad it is a Jiffy and powered by a Dewalt🤣Jk it will work awesome and look great together like you said😉 5AH battery is perfect. Your tip about trying to slow down the bit smoothly is important with the heavier powerhead auger flite but should be ALOT better with the new torch being it only weighs 5lbs😉 Can't wait for your next video with you using it
@@fishonalbertaoutdoors9761 I’m still not sold the Eskimos blade design. The center bit design are much nicer when you’re initially starting to cut your hole. Eskimo pistol bit makes me feel like I’m gonna cut my toe off haha 😂
@@HuyFishin yup gotta say I like the torch better lol. I like kdrill and strikemasters version but a few not great reviews on both and then there's the price😬 cabela's version is even more money too. You can get the torch for 169.99 on sale too so we'll see a few of these out on the lakes this year I'm sure 😃
Very nice bit. I love that its composite and light.
It almost weighs as much as my drill. It's going to be a beast out on the ice
How much torque do you need from Your 20v Drill, to easily turn the 10” version ???
Thanks for Your content !
I’ll not sure the stats on it but as you see in my other Torch video on the lake I use the Dewalt 996B Hammer drill. Speed 1 slow and NOT on hammer
Sweet piece of kit. Nice review Scott.
Glad you liked it.
Thanks for all the info today at TFH, man. Can't wait to try mine out too!
Glad to help. Let us know how it works out
Hey fellow Albertan central Albertan even great vids man
Glad you like them. More coming
Can't wait for the new rogue to show up to! Lots of exciting new things this year
Going to be a great year, just need some ice now
I just ordered one from BP. They were out of everything else so hopefully I like it.
I tested mine out today and it was awesome. I had 10" of ice and it was impressive.
@@BulatOutdoors Thx for letting me know! No ice in CO yet, been way to warm.
@@mikekenner9218 I just added the new video to the channel for you to have a look at if you haven’t seen it already
@@BulatOutdoors Just watched it, thx! Where can I get the Ice Scout? Love it!

Could a guy use this with the clam plate? I'd assume so but im not sure
I’m not sure on the clam plate shaft diameter. I assume so too but don’t know for certain
@@BulatOutdoors well heck see how you are (: jk. They are the size of the of hand auger shafts but i don't know how big that is exactly either (:

You and me both!
I wish eskimo would make a composite version of the pistol bit

Is it compatible with a clam plate?
I’m not sure the specs on the Clam plate shaft size. You’d have to get me a measurement and I’ll give you the hole size on the torch once I measure it
