Luana is THE girl!!! Definitely paving paths for female drummers to follow, and be taken serious!!! If I had an ounce of the fluidity amd control she has, I would be happy. Can't wait to see you all in the US this winter!!!
Luana's drumming on Shades of Sorrow is my favourite playing i heard last year. She is an incredible drummer and so down to earth too. Crypta are a great metal band. I hope they come to Toronto so i can see them live.
@@johnnywomack548 Yeah, if she can stay healthy and productive with Crypta or whatever future project she may be involved with, she is definitely destined for the top of many lists. I'm hoping that she can explore more extreme speeds and signatures as they develop as a band. They all have the skill level to do it, and she's scratching into the faster speeds now. Their third album will be the one to watch. I just hope they have the time to assemble it properly.

12:00 I for one am glad that she DIDN'T have a female role model. She carved her own path and it's 100% genuine. Harder to do, yes. But she's now got her own "brand" (style, image, whatever you want to call it). And she doesn't play like a girl either. LOL She's now the yardstick that other females will measure themselves to.
