Cool, but this is for next time if you do another set. When smoothing and rounding off the edges, clamp both of them together that way they come out even.
Great videos man! Have you noticed your car "feels" heavier and stuck to the ground after adding the verus/velox diffuser and under panels? Wondering if it's just me.

Very nice. What size rounder bit are you using for the router
You deserve more subscribers man!
Thanks!
Could have made some nice bumper canards with those remaining triangles...
They are the goofiest looking things anyone can put I. Their car
Nice that what you were doing to it... was wondering every time one pass by going to work
Nice work. I’ll be trying something similar at some point. Wouldn’t mind making some side skirts out of this material too.
Hey Johnny- - just found you today, sorry if you went over this before .. BUT...what material are you using to make these splitters?

It's very subtle, but with all the aero mods, I do feel it grip better.
What is that edging tool called? The one you used to round the edges
Looks awesome! What’s the thickness on the plastic? And is it the hair cell finish?
3/8 ABS with a Haircell finish.
Did you tap into the side skirts or the frame?
Made sure they reached the frame for a proper hold.
What router and router bit did you use when rounding the edges?
where did you get the ABS from? I can't find it anywhere in the right size
I get it from Professional Plastics, but you buy the ABS per sheet, 8ftx4ft. usually a couple hundred dollars.
where did you get that material
What self taping screws you use?
Can you tell me what hardware you used
Might want to invest in some gloves and safety glasses! Just saying! But nice video!
Don’t ever drill holes through your car
