Crushed Garlic - 15 Cloves

Tomato - 2 No's
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - Few Strings
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Cumin Seeds - 3/4 tsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For Cooking
