You got this bro!🔥 Here's some tips for more height during your Cork/Gainer:
1. Increase the distance in your step. More distance = more momentum.
2. Spot in front of you as you start your takeoff, and refrain from leaning too far back. This helps maintain that straight body position throughout the takeoff.
3. Swing your leg high before leaving the ground. The higher your swing leg, the more potential you have for hight in your Cork/Gainer.
