Going one way is hard enough, let alone rotating both ways. If you want to rotate both ways however, practice one first and then the other.

I can make a video on how I practiced it. It's very similar to cork. I'm really trying to get more comfortable chaining different tricks together and get better flowing combo's. Gonna do it more often now!
