      That's ok, just keep practicing and it will come with time. The better you can gainer, the better your cork will get!

    Hey Ninjatic I’ve been struggling with my diet this past week. I’ve over eaten and cheated everyday.
    I would like to reset and get back into routine. Should I do a 24 hour fast to reset?

      I dont think it's necessary, I would probably just get right back into whatever meal plan you've been doing prior to that and try to stick to it for a week before making any other changes. A 24 hour fast could be good to drop any extra bloating/water you might have put on, but most of the time it just makes the hunger and cravings even worse when you decide to eat again

    I was practising backfull on the ground for such a long time, but i always landed on me knees. Now I will try the cork because i hope i have then more power.
    Is that a good idea?
