    Very useful video for the beginner. People talk and go to great lengths about the benefits of Kapalbhati which is obvious but doesn't go in details when it comes to "how to do it properly". This video certainly address this gap on TH-cam.

    I was confused whether to exhale 3-4 times after inhaling once. And a normal body can push the air out at least 3-4 times after one inhale.
    But Babaji has clearly explained with the help of air pump, that the body itself let the air in and you have to allow it to let the air in. Dont stop it.

    Brother, I have been doing yoga all three bastrika, kapalbhati and anulum vilom since 2 yrs.I lost almost 30Kg weight. I m facing problem in kapalbhati stroke since 2 months. Earlier I was doing 600 times in 5 minutes without stay. Now i could not do morethan a minute. After that give rest for 20,25 second than again do one minutes. I dont have tummy and dont have any disease. I m very much worry, why my strocke time gone less. Plz advice. Regards,
