Im really happy for this first impression review, I feel like a couple of the other channels' review wasn't as in depth on the state of the bike. I know its a pre production model, but I have to hold some reservations based on the state of the suspension alone. With speeds like this and the cost of upgraded suspension components they really need to have a good setup from the factory.
There is no way I am ordering this bike until a full review from this channel comes out! You all have the best review format and style on youtube right now. Hope to see more soon.
It's cheaper upgrading a suspension than it is a motor, battery and controller to match its power with another brand, I much rather just deal with upgrading a suspension myself.

What a dumb move on Altis’ part to give access to a prototype bike that they say is way different than the production bike. Suspension sucks. Yeah yeah, that’ll be different on the production bike. Even with staggered size wheels, the front end is low.. don’t worry, we will fix that. Where is the power you promised? Oh yeah, we know this bike we let you do a review on is underpowered, but trust us and go ahead and pre order from us. It’ll be great.. ahhh, no thanks. I want the bike they promised and will wait to see if they deliver on their specs. Give it time for them to works the kinks out.

Meanwhile, however, they’re racking up the preorders from suckers left, right and center, aren’t they? A company nobody had ever heard of 2 months ago should NEVER be trusted to be in the business of delivering a quality product in order to maintain and build upon their brand name; until they prove otherwise, this is a company built from the ground UP on one thing and one thing only: making a quick and easy cash-grab selling droves of gullible consumers the latest hot thang everybody and their neighbour wants to own (and yes, I want an E-moto as well, but I’m not gullible LOL 😂).

This video is inspiring me to do a deeper dive on what could possibly happening with this company. Too much hype and not enough to show for it. Only 2 pre production bikes for people to review a couple months out from release? Something is fishy here
I've built a bike faster than this costing well over 10k. For this to cost 5.5k is insane. Even if the suspension is crap, so is all other stock e bikes. This is a great starting point to add suspension and be done. You guys may be right which is why a lot of us are waiting for production bike reviews but you gotta understand all the things that come with building a new bike from the ground up.
Even if they left the power as is everyone already agrees it's ridiculously fast.

Awesome review for $800 more for the Altis it’s hard to justify buying any other bike out looking forward to checking out the SR but also still hard to beat the larger battery option
Crazy how much you have to upgrade the MX5 $3k in upgrades plus the cost of bike to be head to head close to the Altis sounds like the Altis is still the best bang for your buck right now
They need to come out with a bike that focuses more on suspension, moto brakes and range. 72v and under 20kw is enough for everybody
I'm just going to keep riding my mx4 that I overpaid for and wait till next year till all this stuff goes on sale or another King comes out 😂. @@sendysent yes but we also win as consumers as we have so many choices. For example, last year pretty much every emoto was 60V and now they are all obsolete unless you want to spend 3k plus for diy upgrades

With taxes and shipping it seems like it's over 1k difference with the sigma and erideSR compared to the MX5. Seems like the mx5 is best choice for price per performance but it's close, we have to many great options out there you really can't go wrong
the mx5 gets smoked by a 17Kw sigma tho...

It’s possible that the suspension has been blown out if it has been demoed by a bunch of other people. Pretty easy to imagine that the shocks and the forks aren’t anywhere near where they are supposed to be if they’ve been abused.
i would say it could be possible, the other reviewers have been track guys so they rode it pretty hard
@mrmime7453 I've seen some of the other videos and I don't remember the front looking so low. That bike has probably been through the wringer. But I'm glad it's getting abused so the final product will hopefully be better for us.

I miss the interaction with all the boys. Miss hearing from Reed and Alex a bit more. The different perspectives while performing the reviews and ride throughs brought a lot more insightfullness.

Had a 2stroker doing 50max mph. Had zero interest on the E class bikes but when I saw the E ride pro I was immediately intrested. When I saw the Altis sigma I knew It was for me.... order mine already.... LA voromotors.
What bike do you have? A 65
Just a regular 2 stroke Chinese kits...
Did some modifications and was able to hit 50mph. Required lots of maintenance.
When I first tried my XXX the eco mode felt plenty off-road going over bumps/etc. until I got used to sport mode, and the snappier throttle. Now I could maybe use a little more, but still 20k is still a lot for rough off-road. On road or in some smoother conditions then it is another story, and I like the options/flexibility.

Can I ask what from this vid make you pre order? They said the seat is saggy the suspension is horrid the front end is low the bike just glitches off. I was all amped up now I’m holding off to see if the production model is any better

6:49 16in rear makes it sit lower, the 19x19 "street" version will sit another 2 - 3 inches higher & give it a more comfortable stance cause you're not leaning back, also it will be slightly faster & more efficient because the 19 rear is lighter
& alot more nimble at the cost of maximum grip, but its a little more exciting when the bike kicks out

I think stark will win but for the price difference it would be cool to see how close of a competitor the atlis is

I know this is just one of the two production bikes but they gotta improve some of the hardware holding the bike together and a couple of those welds look pretty spotty. I'm sure they will address that as it looks like some of the bolts already have wear and tear and the bike has only 100 miles on it :/

@talariaboys From a fit/ergos/comfort standpoint, which is better for a tall rider, the Sigma or the MX5? Assume I’d do mods like lower pegs, higher seat, and higher bars.

Its nice to see some options under the controller rather than having to disconnect a cable or connect via Bluetooth to the Mfgr. it would be nice to have some profiles for riding style, MX, street eco etc. It looks like the front fork rake is a little more for street riding. I would love to see a future version with 21/18 rims.
Wheelbase is measured between wheel axles and not between the ends of the wheels...

This video seemed kinda biased to me to be honest didnt seem fair that you failed to mention they are offering the 19 x 19 version while doing drag races also while measuring the wheel base said the mx5 is obviously bigger when the altis was an inch bigger after actually measuring also some of the word choice you used while describing the bike saying you feel comfortable selling the sigma on your website was interesting to me considering this is a highly sought after bike you guys do have talaria in your brand name so I can understand why there would be some hesitation especially because this sets the mx5 on fire no scud… I mean pun intended

Curious of how good the battery is though I get it’s 92v but it’s 35 amp, will it last long enough?

it’s 97.2v 35ah so the range is like a 72v 47ah or a 60v 56ah. But since they use a hairpin motor there is less loss of power so about a 20% more range from the just the motor.

Everyones "kw" they claim is all over some claiming continuous some claiming their peaks so maybe that's the peak. 🤷 In our field our manufacturers call a motor 5KW but will push it to 14KW and some companies will call it a 14KW motor just depends on the seller sometimes too I think
