When the people on the train ducked, they weren’t getting out of the way, you can hear zippers and rustling. Those who ducked were getting their guns out, and you can see them hold the gun up behind Makima’s head before she’s shot 👍🏼
To clarify some things. The dude with the swords it's commonly called Katana Man, at the restaurant he showed a picture of his granddad, he was the guy to whom Denji owed money on the first episode. Katana Man also said before shooting Denji the he heard the Gun Devil is after his heart, so it's safe to assume they are related
Painsaw Man is here🥲 btw to clarify on the Curse Devil, aka Aki’s nail’s whole deal, the blondie mentioned that when someone is stabbed by that nail enough times, they just die. So the 321 countdown was indicating how many times left Aki needs to stab his opponent before the curse takes over and kills them
@@kyroking9934 it's a curse. The power also works as a curse. I found this in another reactor vid: (Ignoring the tragedy that just happened) Fun fact! The Curse Devil's nail sword is based on a real japanese cursing ritual, Ushi no toki mairi, that involves hammering nails into a sacred tree or a straw effigy of the victim. It's sad how Himeno went out. At the same time, vice versa it would be worse, I think. She already mourns 5 partners that came before Aki and probably has surivors guilt. If Aki had died saving Himeno, I honestly think Himeno would have become a wreck at best - more boozing, smoking, sleeping around, if she didn't meet her end, one way or the other, soon after. Aki was her anchor keeping her kind of sane and going strong. We saw her break down just at the possibility of Aki dying in the hotel. It's no real solace but after all Himeno was already heavily injured, therefore I think her sacrificing everything to keep Aki safe for now was the best outcome, or at the very least, the thing she would always choose to do. 😔
Great reaction as always! One non-spoiler thing to clear up regarding the gun devil. It was explained in ep5 that following a terrorist attack in The US people began to buy guns for their protection. This lead to a spike in gun-related crimes, death from guns etc. which in turn increased the level of fear around guns themselves. This lead to the gun devil coming into existence and its subsequent international attack that killed 1.2 million people in just a few minutes
This one hurt :(. One thing mentioned quickly in this episode was that Himeno wanted Denji to help her get with Aki in exchange for her helping Denji get with Makima 😪.

Aw man... Himeno, noooo... And Makima? I was pretty angry after this episode with some table flipping! The way our teams were taken out was nasty! As far as Denji and Himeno go in the beginning, it's pretty much a young man's fantasy scenario. But it is a weird double standard kinda thing, as that's why we have statuary laws regarding it. You guys seem to have forgotten what Makima was talking about in the second episode about Devils. Then later on she talked about the Gun Devil after molding Denji a bit more. welcome to chainsaw man, for real this time
That man called katana man and he is a hybrid like denji cuz he still has his human personality.
This episode broke my heart.
It could be that pochita real form is something else
Today is also the finale of csm (Season 1)
The prologue is over. Time for the real chainsaw man.
Having just watched episode 12, I can't fucking wait
The calm before the storm
The Katana Man is like Denji not a fiend but a hybrid he's clearly retain human consciousness unlike Power who is confirmed as a fiend has the blood devil consciousness.
Thanks a lot for your great reaction video....this ep been insane/best ep of 1-11 now ?!😳 Himeno she been really sad 😭and it is no mercy 'Chainsaw man'😈 ....i really enjoyed this video and hoping next.
Razan ?
wait, I just notice the teeth of the snake are bunch of hands!
yep! it's a very cool design that's kinda missable in the anime because everything is so fast-paced but you can see it more clearly in the manga
Finally, your first steps into Painsaw Man.
Cringe
Do y’all have any plans to watch Bocchi the Rock? It’s a light-hearted anime about a girl with severe social anxiety learning the guitar just to join a band so she can overcome her anxiety. It’s really cute and funny and the music and guitar are really good and I thought Ange might appreciate it!
Ohhh I would LOVE them to react to this
cringe. Slice of life garbage time waste show. They have better options like one punch or vinland
Not the Ereh’s 💀💀💀
I felt some heavy Tarantino influences on this episode.
So there are Hybrids like Denji and the Katana Man, there are Fiends like Power, and there are pure Devils in human form like.....
Btw we're not getting only one season. It's an adaptation of a manga and it's way longer than that
I read the manga Fire Punch by the same author as for csm and I can tell you if the story is as crazy as fire punch one, we're not ready...
The Gun Devil did a massive attack and after that the countries cracked down and passed a lot of laws to get rid of guns and weaken the Gun Devil. But now it appears it's making moves.
Welcome to Chainsaw Man. This where it starts.
Denji: gentleman😎
I won't spoil anything, other than saying that I cannot wait to see your responses to the next episode. Given how this one went, you can only imagine how crazy it is.
