I never knew how rare rapamycin was! It is sooooo goooood for massive autoimmune flareups (thank you, trials) like seemingly better and less side effects than ye olde steroids, but I can see why nobody is simply given it for their day to day lil autoimmune struggles... 😅 maybe one day
