Mai apki ,kamar ki ,knee pain ki aur pet kam karne ki yoga karti hu ,but mere haath aur kalai mei dard hone lagta hai,inko bhi mazboot banane k liye kuch bataye plz, bohut fayda hua hai mujhe jabse maine aapke bataye hue yoga shuru kare hai
