As a musician, I think Gfriend's songs will never disappointed any musician.
But I never guess it does the same effect to classical musician (from their point of view) too.
In my opinion, there's depth in their music (a lot of cool stuff going on),.
It doesn't feel like some machine playing it and still make sense to be played with real instrument and real person.
So glad I become a Buddy.

the praise for eunha's voice makes me unreasonably happy
I always get SUPER anxious when I watch "Classical Musicians React to Kpop" because they are sometimes hyper-critical, and forget the idea of the fun of Kpop.
As a music major myself, I get the criticisms and to be fair, the education behind them makes them all very valid...that said, THESE TWO SONGS...oh man, I love them so I got super scared.
But when they received praise? (Like complimenting Eunha's voice? Yes please!) I was SO HAPPY. Made my ENTIRE day. :)
If many people have good sense of judgement like these musicians. Gfriend would be on the most top right now. But too bad, some people who hates them are just a mere netizens.

Who says Love Whisper and Summer Rain aren't good songs? Don't judge the song by its video quality or shit. We seek vocal and music quality. And I'm glad they found Eunha's voice unique. A lot of people hate her, saying that she doesn't deserve to be the lead vocalist because she has a squeaky voice. I think her voice is very unique and that is what makes her stand out. At least she could hit high notes like other main vocalists could do and sing with emotions, unlike other lead vocalists that I knew. (I won't list out their names)
