    I'm 70 and have watched so many natural movement videos but I'm unable to do those. This looks like a great place to start. Maybe by becoming proficient with these, I'll gain enough strength and flexibility to do more challenging movements. Thank you so much for posting. 😊

    At last I found practice that is really beginner focused. Most I have watched the movements are too advanced for a complete beginner. Thank you!

    Thanks for this! Love this movement community but it's not geared for beginners or anyone in a larger body. I'm going to bring some body diversity!

    As a few others have noted, I have looked at other so-called beginner flows and not releasing them to be all that beginner-friendly to an older person with some limitations
    Some of the squatting / kneeling positions will be challenging for me, but I can actually see myself doing this

    adult center of mass different from babies , the deep squat should be different?
