I'm 70 and have watched so many natural movement videos but I'm unable to do those. This looks like a great place to start. Maybe by becoming proficient with these, I'll gain enough strength and flexibility to do more challenging movements. Thank you so much for posting. 😊
As a few others have noted, I have looked at other so-called beginner flows and not releasing them to be all that beginner-friendly to an older person with some limitations Some of the squatting / kneeling positions will be challenging for me, but I can actually see myself doing this

This was so helpful for those of us who have mobility problems but still want to cultivate natural movement.
At last I found practice that is really beginner focused. Most I have watched the movements are too advanced for a complete beginner. Thank you!
