Most important reason that she's in the school is too control her powers and to bring back her brother.
She brought back her Mother, but in doing so took away her brother's body (his soul lives in Jane's Peter Pan doll)
Jim wakes her from her nightmare
Jane goes to see Dean
Dean DOES NOT harm her, she just jumped because this is her first time meeting with him
He sees her nightmare
Idk if that's how Dean would react, but Jane us like... 14? So I doubt that's what he had in mind.
Jane's father was a shape-shifter, which is why her brother turned into a Rabbit and not a werewolf.
Also NO ONE BESIDES DEAN IS SUPPOSED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS! She hasn't told anyone that this happened.

There's a reason it's like FMA... it's because Vic Mignogna (voice of Ed Elric) sang this song called Brothers, which IS for FMA. If you hear the "Brother! Brother Please!" that's Aaron's (Al's voice actor) line.
If you go look up FMA Brother you'll get vids with the actual Anime.

Probably not since Jane used Alchemy (yea more FMA stuff), only Alchemy could bring him back.
I don't mind if Jane is friends with Lily, but so far, only Dean knows that this happened to Jane.
