@ stretching is pretty much mandatory in all sports and training styles. Otherwise you get super tight and inflexible which leads to injury. My physical therapist taught me that. She showed me that I can’t even sit cross-legged and recommended I stretch for 3-5 minutes 3 times a day. It helped ease my lower back pain I got from bending over all day at work. I’m 6’1 and I often say the world was built for short people
That'll satisfy the mind for every1 that study fitness but you don't necessarily need all that. You can get Rocky jus adding squats going only daily walks. I seen 1000s of ppl do it in prison and Every1 transformed bro even me. The 1st time I had a lean physique with bicep and forearm veins
Grazie mille per i tuoi consigli e per i tuoi video. Sei una grande ispirazione per tutti. Complimenti per i tuoi canali YT e Instagram. Sei una potenza!
Beautiful video. Me personally, I always do the pull up or chin up first because for me they are the most difficult. Back when I was like 165 as a youngan, I could rep out on pull ups and chin ups. Then I stopped doing bw exercises and went to strictly weights. I now weigh 220 plus and I can't rep out on the bw exercises like I used to. However, the pump I get at this weight is crazy.
The guy is a legend
I love how you incorporate these exercises into your daily life. They really build functional strength that can be useful every day.
