Opioid Overdose Management Part 1 offers a detailed overview of the issue by covering statistical data on the growing rate of opioid overdose, the several types of opioids, and their potencies. It describes the physiological effects of opioids as well as those of the treatments for overdose. This video also makes the point that without Naloxone an overdose casualty can be kept alive with artificial respirations.
