They have added the chair holder which now makes this complete. Most other reviews don't show that chair holder. Most of them were using some kind of belts or straps to attach to the stand before. Glad they fixed that.

Hi,great review, was going to go with the GT Omega Apex but was sold by the Next Level because most people use wheel stands with office chairs that have casters. The Next Level has a brace that locks your office chair from rolling backwards and I needed that.

Man i can't wait to get mine so so excited my current wheel stand gets tossed around by my moza setup yeah cheap wheeystands that with nothing don't do well with direct drive i have to ratchet strap it to my desk to avoid it getting tossed around by my wheel base

I haven't never sim raced before and I plan on probably getting a Logitech g29 wheel and shifter. I am 6ft 6 if that makes a difference. I will probably use the stand with my office chair or a leather recliner.
If your going to use an office chair go for this one as it has the chair cradel and locks the chair in position. And you can upgrade later to a chair to it.

@@GeekStreet Well... Kind of a bad advice there for the "upgradeability" as you forgot to mention, the upgrade costs 600e for this while GT omega apex upgrade costs 260e... And you won't feel any difference except a wooping 400e dent in your pocket.

Any input on using it as a flying sim rig. My thought Is to get 2 of these. One for driving, the other for flying and simply swap them out.. Saitek flight yoke where the wheel is..side stick where the shifter is and throttles on another shift plate which I hope could be purchased separately.

Nice video, very cool wheel stand I must say, it have come so far now all this sim stuff and they seem to think about everything from sliding office chairs to shifter and handbrake mounts. I am looking into building a nice first rig but since I stream and would like to switch between racing and normal games I need something that is a bit easier to move out of the way and this seems pretty good for that. Any other rigs like this you can recommend otherwise where you sit more like a race/rally position but still a bit portable?
Have you heard of anyone using this stand with a Simucube SC2 Pro wheelbase? Planning on buying it to replace my Fanatec GT DD Pro, which I've had for only 24 hours now, before the USB-C connection within the shaft has already failed on me (Disconnected since the collar isn't strong enough to hold it in place) ...
Might sound like a weird question, but how tall are you? It doesn't look like you have a lot of room between your legs and the wheel. Is this the highest option? I'm 1m98, so I'm having trouble figuring out if I could fit in those rigs lol

I actually bought this not long after I posted the original comment. It can definitely handle a DD wheel; the stand is quite heavy. I paired it with the Fanatec GT DD PRO (with Boost kit) specifically for my PS5 and it works great.

Sorry to say but that is rubbish. I have a Wheel Stand Racing The Ultimate Racing Cockpit. A bucket seat, monitor arm where I have a 55 inch 2.1 x 2 so Xbox SX and PS5 hooked up. The cockpit was £299 and well worth the money if you want a proper experience. This is just a kids toy.

you can easily extend the flat metal brackets on the chair cradle a bit so you can have the chair a little further back

So at that point it's better to get the gt1 cockpit. Pretty mcuh the same weight i can store that away.
