I love how the game intentionally uses the bad association with rabbits that the fans have to trick them into thinking that the MEXS rabbit is evil, when it's really for security and to combat the mimic. super smart on the devs
But mxes literally jump-scares Cassie and kills her controlling animatronics how is it good it's evil to me just like the mimic and mxes looks like glitchtrap and it looks evil not good to me I know MXES IS A SECURITY SYSTEM CREATED BY Vanessa
What I find interesting is that Cassie's dad is implied to have been the one to lock away the Mimic in the old pizzaeria with the costumes. Since we can encounter Candy Cadet who gives us a story about a mother that locked a monster in the basement for protect her child. And that monster learnt the song that the mother would sing as a means to trick the child while the one responsible for its inprisonment. And with how Cassie's dad has been confirmed to be an Employee of Fazebear Entertainment, it's highly possible that this a piece of the story which is intentional.
Another thing to consider is that Cassie’s father is a Fazbear technician, and the Mimic was locked away by Fazbear technicians after it started violently attacking people. Maybe Cassie’s dad saw the Mimic and wanted to make sure it didn’t leave.
@@personismaybe0610 And that somehow the Mimic found informations about Cassie's relation with Gregory since there is no way that he could have known who's Cassie, like maybe a photo with names or employee files with phone number or something like that.
@@justice8718 but Michael Afton was fifteen in 1983 (fnaf 4 minigame), so William was like 35-40 years old in 1983 How his daughter can be like 10 years old in future in about 2050-2070?
@@RemGames If you were to also consider... Freddy *also* has Glowing Yellow Eyes from the start of SB to the end, in all but two endings. Road Trip, where they Peace Out entirely, and Princess Quest, where his eyes are Blue. So there may be a connection there too...
@@craftedd_ >You get freddy roxys eyes And how about *before* then? Like the start of the game before you get the Fazwatch, when his eyes SHOULD be Blue?
I'm also pretty sure that M.E.X.S. doesn't actually start popping up until after you start deactivating nodes. It doesn't see you as a threat until you start to turn off the security that's keeping Mimic trapped
The part talking about how the Mimic1 in control of the Pizzaplex was influencing odd behavior on the animatronics, specifically Sun and Moon, reminded me of the video MatPat released on the day Ruin released, and talked about Tiger Rock(who I guess was running on the Mimic1 software) had sudden changes in behavior, sometimes childish and nice, then suddenly dangerous and aggressive; and this is shown through the daycare attendant double personalities as either Sun or Moon modes
That’s really interesting! There’s so much in Tiger Rock which is really cool for theories, and we even discuss MORE about Tiger Rock in the next video!
I have a feeling, they might just pump out another two dlc's for security breach to continue the story. Judging from the abrupt, open elevator ending it would make sense to make this into a trilogy or something... (in my opinion)
@@thesebianother thing to consider is the Help Wanted 2 trailer. Think about it, we got two endings one with a device called “The Scooper” in the game file and an ending where Cassie was dropped down an elevator shaft. We also see the Ruin devices in the Help Wanted 2 trailer, along with Sister Location.
@@personismaybe0610 yes, but if you want to build this into an actual story, which i suspect, the elevator ending would be the most likely suspect for this purpose. I think the scooper ending might be just a cameo. Technically it already made it's debut in FNAF Sister Location and that's where I'd place it, also the mimic is wearing a costume in that ending. I can't really wrap my head around that being the canon ending. 😅 I do not thinj this stationary robot claw/excavator will play that huge of a roll. Unless they make a game, that has multible of them in abuilding and xou have to get past them. But that does not make for a good story on it's own, you'd still need a proper antagonist or goal.
The "recycled pizza" thing is based on an actual rumor that circulated about one of major pizza chains during the pandemic. Mat Pat did a food theory on that.
Small note: I actually think it makes more sense for the sunshine animatronic to be the one who likely snuck out of the daycare from time to time in order to steal generators to keep the light on even after hours. After all he was probable noticing that he was turning into moon whenever this happened and was likely hurting people, and would likely explain why these generators are placed on the children's playground rather than somewhere that makes sense.
My last 3 top questions 1. How did it alert Cassie if it only has control over the pizzaplex 2. Is it luck or planned that those two walkie talkies are there 3 If it is planned how did the Mimic get a walkie talkie and at that a Freddy one and how did the Roxie one get so close to the entrance
I personally believe the events of the Afton Saga is still canon and did happen in the series. Not only did Tape Girl straight up admitted it to us, but the Pizzeria Simulator location actually being under the Pizzaplex is a huge tell, and Burntrap actually has pieces of Afton's corpse on him.
We do not destroy Glitchtrap in Help Wanted. The current theory is that the tape girl who tells us how to destory him is actually the Mimic tricking us into freeing him.
The mimic never existed during Yelp wanted you got it all wrong, infact the tape girl was already possessed by glitchtrap through the vr set but the reason the tapes were supposed to be destroyed were to completely free glitch trap :/
@@ZEPYRO That's what we originally thought, but right now we're thinking Glitchtrap was the Mimic the whole time and was just mimicking Tape Girl. If he possessed her, why would he need us to get him out?
@@alexknj1 But how would that make sense if The Mimic is a physical endo? I know he's running on the Mimic1 software and they did say they scanned circuit boards to speed up the development, why would it need to be assembled in VR to get released if there is still the original Mimic in the Pizzaplex. Even if they had multiple animatronics running on Mimic1, which they scanned later, there would be the original Mimic controlling it already, that wouldn't need circuit board scanning at all. But I give it to you that it would seem like The Mimic was around in Help Wanted in some way, since it would explain why Tape Girl is introducing herself multiple times, which would indicate that the Mimic learned from her voice recordings and near the end of her tapes does one itself, reintroducing itself and to try to convince you to assemble all of them. So that would check out. What I'm not getting would be the whole consciousness transfer of a Mimic1 software into a human and how that would make sense or even what purpose that would have to have a human run around with a Mimic type consciousness, but I kinda see both sides with some little holes that need patching up still.
Here's a question. What about Freddy and Roxy? In the base game Freddy assists Gregory throughout the game and even risking his own life to help Gregory. And then Roxy apologizes and then helps Cassie in the Mimic confrontation. If he was controlling the animatronics, you would think that Freddy would be after Gregory, and Roxy simply wouldn't care about Cassie, and attack her anyway. And another thing, Roxy seems like she isnt maliciously attacking Cassie (or what she believes to be Gregory) and trying to kill him. She just wants her eyes back, she even yells "Give me back my eyes!" When Roxy catches Cassie believing her to be Gregory. It doesnt seem like she's trying to kill or hurt anyone, she just wants her eyes back. And even in her jumpscare, she just picks you up, albeit somewhat violently, but it isnt like the others. Chica slams you to the ground, Monty bites you, freddy also (bites?) you, you get swarmed by the Mini Music men, and the mimic bitch slaps you. And plus, in the Ruin DLC, it seems like the animatronics are more like being controlled by the M.X.E.S system, as some of the animatronics directly respond to the M.X.E.S system when you wear the mask for too long.
I'd say with freddy, he booted up into safe mode and that likely stopped him from being booted up negatively, if he also was a prototype, he could have been an animatronic without the mimi1 software. For Roxy it's possible she was able to neutralize her agressive software because of a friendly bond with cassie, likely learning. The AI learns.
possibly the best explanation and recap video i’ve seen in a while - you explained everything in canon perfectly , and your theories and points all work well ! nice work :D
Just wanna say, your style is a lot like game theory. Including the editing. And that’s a compliment! I love it! I’m a creature of habit and this style of video makes me feel comfy.
When you said that the mimic took on the personality of the main antagonist of the games, that’s what made the whole new story arc click for me. Absolutely amazing work
If you have any information to either prove, or disprove this theory, don't be shy to comment it below and I can take a look at it! Episode 2 will most like be the LONGEST one in the series! Watch here: th-cam.com/video/3B9V2rbaRaU/w-d-xo.html
It could be M.X.E.S avatar and icons are a gaslight. It doesn't have a real apearece, and it's doesn't exist, per see, the mask is generating it when interpret the signal and code it get. To further create the illusion of a antagonist instead of what really is a automatic hard system, to further trick Cassie and made her distracted from the details, she could pick up and make her discover the ruse. I think the animatronics indeed are made with micmic program but without the imprint of Willian(Glitchtrap),but with all of the previous imprints on it, this left him to partially control them, they only have up to the violent attack mimic suffer from his creator just after the child death, after and onwards it they get their own imprints, from a more limited version of the mimic program. And I think we have Roxy attention issues root, in front of us the whole DLC, Roxy mimic Cassie ,specifically she crying after her birthday, making Roxy highly responsive and empathic toward her. Itself using mimic program to create their personalities is indeed a fast way to program them, only need to make them see a play for they adquiere the personality.

This isn’t disproving, but in Ruin, when you walk through the atrium from the East Server Room in the AR World, there’s a massive show curtain in the center of the room. From the lighting and shape of the curtain in the room, it looks an awful lot like the Storyteller.
I saw a lot of theory discussions about this dlc and I gotta say you recapped everything perfectly and also the things you said really makes sense together. Good job!
My Theory why the mimic gained control of the pizzaplex is that its slowly chipping away at M.X.E.S and using it to gain control and send signals out of where the mimic is. considering that if M.X.E.S is able to go anywhere in the pizzaplex unseen (Exept with the vanni mask) The mimic could use it to control the pizzaplex therefor messing with the animatronics systems and slowly setting itself free, It needed Cassie to free itself faster.
In FNAF AR: Special Delivery, In the messages, i think i remember one of them saying that vannessa bought three human male masks from a store. I remember it being mentioned in Mapats video.
Hey man! I don't really have anything relevant to contribute to your theories, but I just want to say that you are my favorite content creator on this platform by far, and I love your videos :D
Um, dude no one said anything about destroying him in Help Wanted, at soem point in development he escaped, got uploaded into the Pizzaplex systems likely by the Storyteller, and then destroyed by beating Princess Quest rather then by defeating Burntrap.
@@planteruines5619how do you destroy a virus? I personally believe that the yellow eyed helpi is glitchtrap and that’s why they seem to bicker with grimic.
It's just so sad. I think the team did well to craft this main character. This DLC story was more improved from the original game. I actually feel devastated for Cassie. The constants in her life seem to be her father (but given the track history of this franchise is likely estranged/always too busy with work leaving her lonely a lot of the time), Roxy (who gave her confidence and someone to look up), and Gregory (who in her eyes was her pillar because he reached out when she was so alone and needed companionship). In all the endings, it's not that she dies. It's that she loses everyone and experiences actually being alone. She doesn't get to go home to see her dad since she dies in practically every ending. Roxy, her heroine, sacrificed her life to save her. And Gregory was never at the Pizzaplex. The mimic was using their friendship and her trust to manipulate and trick her to believing Gregory needed to be rescued.
I wonder if going forward Gregory and Vanessa are going to be similar to Andy and Kyle from the Child's Play series? One of the child survivers along with a older female guardian type figure making it their mission to stop the villian. Along with any new children who get wrapped up in all of this
At 9:16 I think that this was only a reference to chuck e cheese pizza where people were taking pictures of pizza that didn’t fit the pie and I think its a bit stretch to add this to your point that mimic1 changed their behavior because it sounds like something they would have been programmed to do as a cost cutting measure.
Id like to add that the Mimic purposefully chose to use Gregory's vioce when it came to roxy, which means wither 2 things: The Mimic was aware of Roxanne's grudge towards Gregory used it instead to manipulate further, OR it was aware of the positive Dynamic between the two and was actively trying to keep them seperated which means the mimic also has access to the records of the pizzaplex or any knowledge the animatronics would have.
I like how fnaf is moving forward with the modern times. Like AI voice irl is so advanced. People made songs with the voices of deceased artists and the listener could be none the wiser. Even Joe Biden and Obama playing Minecraft. The Mimic, software wise, actually makes sense as a villain.
You got some things right some not, mimic got sealed after princess quest ending by gregory and vannesa, which is why endo has the freddy speaker, because it was used to lure mimic inside while both of them were able to seal it while it was inside. M.X.E.S. is probably a program made by Vanessa and Gregory to stop anyone from reaching the mimic, it also learned from the cameras footages in pizzaplex for sure, mimic was traped either way underground and gregory with vanessa trapped it even deeper down
Honestly, not too surprising. ...also kinda glad they did, because the Mimic's kind of a banger. ESPECIALLY if they take the Spicy Route for the Normal Ending...
Same, imagine going from paranormal stuff to total sci-fi. And the villain is now based off a character in one of the books? So odd and kind of frustrating honestly.
@@theketaminekid1241 >And the villain is now based off a character in one of the books? So odd and kind of frustrating honestly. Keep in mind, Henry (who delivers the FNAF 6 speech) is pretty much exclusively from the books, not to mention the retcon of the Puppet being Charlie, also a character from the books :V Although, i'm not TOO sure about FNAF World Henry counting as a game appearance first, considering it directly contradicts SL (which it was teasing) and FNAF 6, and simply is just *book* Henry, who created Baby and got killed by his Suicide Endo. As for Mimic? Honestly from what i've seen, while it's SIMILAR, and *may* have a similar backstory, it's got differences. So while it may give more info, most of what you actually need to know is just... in the game already. Personally, treating it as a second "Henry Scenario" (except Scott's already given it more backstory in the games alone than Henry got in his 5 minute appearance, and some are even arguing if Henry *actually* died or not in 6, though i believe he did :V) until we get more evidence that proves TftPP is Game Timeline.
I really thought I was the only one who thought that Gregory responding to Helpie was weird. I didn't notice it until watching a 3rd streamers playthrough 2 days back. I was like "Oh I see what they did there".
we see a painting of the storyteller in the first princess quest above the glitchtrap door, if tales were supposed to give just ideas they would be from "the canon" but they are from the world of the games, they actually happened before sb
The Mimic is not in control but rather spread across the entire PizzaPlex. Glitchtrap is the Mimic code form HW but taken over by part of William's spirit and agony which is the one who takes control of the PizzaPlex as Glitchtrap is confirmed to be connected to the Vanny, going into Burntrap and giving commands to Vanessa. Glitchtrap is now gone or at the very least is no longer in control, meaning the Mimic is partly in control now and may be fighting against what remains of Glitchtrap inside the M.X.E.S system.
We don't know if GLatchtrap truely is Afton, at the very least it's simply MIMICING him, personally I like the idea of Glitchtrap starting off as an instance of te Mimic01 code used by Fazbear Entertainment as a cheap way to quicken development of the VR game, they sent soem old animatronic processors which contain the memories of the dead kids, and upon the Mimic01 code acting on these memories molded it's self on how the kids SAW Afton, as a cruel manipulative monster, meaning GLitchtrap is worse then Afton as at least Afton has some kind of humanity in him and is goal driven, while Glitchtrap is driven simply to kill, yet cunning enough to make plans, thus getting Vannessa as Vanny under his control, getting her into the Night Guard job, getting rid of most Human staff, and infecting the Piaplex, then building himself a new body as Burntrap, I like to think he and the Mimic had joint control or influence of th Pizzaplex being similar ai, but glitchtrap was somehow able to overpower the Mimic, the Mimic stays locked down below the FNAF 6 location until Princess QUest is beaten and Glitchtrap destroyed. From there Gregory and Vannessanow aware of the Mimic create an ai security sytem calles M.X.E.S. to counter the attempts of the Mimic at escaping. and you know the rest.
What if he is not possess, and at being split, the only thing that remain inside of the animatronic per see is Glitchtrap the mimic imprint of Willian actions(only a theory but could be inside of mimic there were several imprints of other people that in some point were left behind In Other devices or inclusive animatronics.) I think MXES is unrelated to him in any way and his appearance is misleading, the avatar and icons were generated by the AR of Vanni Mask, what at not recognize the program asing interpret it that way because is easier for its own programming.
At this point I highly doubt any bit of William remains. Glitchtrap would count as a digital footprint of him but it's not exactly him. It's the mimic. Afton himself is gone and in hell. Not only that the context clues of just rhe game itself and such, shows that it really isn't william at all whose back. Just the mimic mimicking him. The mimic has been around the whole time since help wanted. Help wanted 2 may show us more information. But glitchtrap is mimic and afton is gone, kaput, dead and finally in hell Burntrap is the mimic as well. Match up the endoskeletons and it lines up. The burntrap ending is apparently not the canon ending but an alternate ending if you don't rescue vanny through princess quest (at least what I've come to conclude based off gameplay) It makes more sense that burntrap is the mimic as well, because afton is gone. Now I'm not sure where the mimic would have gotten human skin from but it's either a mimicry of flesh or it found afton's corpse and wore it like a costume, it wears costumes.
@@Its_AsteriaThe mimic's appearance looked nothing like Afton, even without the rotten burnt up springbonnie suit his charred and burnt skull, fingers, and his flesh. I think what endo Vanny/Vanessa used for Afton is a mimic model-2.
So Glitchtrap has always just been the mimic, but the mimic also controlled Vanassa to be Vanny via glitchtrap in order to return Springtrap. We know we fought Springtrap in Security Breach because the Mimic is even deeper than he was, but Springtrap also had access to the Mimic network based on his control over the animatronics during the boss fight (specifically Freddy, as he touches the TV to control him). Is Springtrap working with the mimic? or is he dead and the suit being puppeted by the mimic?
Theory: Freddy is the mimic. 1. Freddy had yellow eyes at the end of the Afton ending, underground. All upgrades are needed to access this area. 2. Helpi goes from blue eyes to yellow eyes much like Freddy did. They are also bears. 3. Freddy has claws he gets from Monty which the mimic also has. 4. Freddy was upgraded with Chica's voice box, he may of learnt how to manipulate voices with this and recording voices. 5. He and Gregory were stuck in the underground as they had no way back up as the elavator wouldn't support them. This parallels between Cassie falling in the elavator. 6. The reason uses Gregory's introduction to Freddy to Cassie was to not scare her. Due to Roxy attacking him it could be argued Freddy still believed she was corrupt. 7. Freddy is unable to use his own voice, perhaps Gregory upgraded it before dying. 8. Gregory dies from starvation or burn marks or dehydration. 9. The MXES assumes that the mimic/freddy is bad and tries to contain it. Freddy is now violent due to the hacks at the end fight, the upgrades and the loss of Gregory. It is probably why MXES contains it as it is a corrupted entity and previous attempts to uncorrupt it failed as the technicians were either injured or killed. Freddy probably distrusts adults because Gregory had told him about Vanny and because Vannessa had detached his head. This is much like previous animatronics have done before as these events will happen after hours. 10. Gregory may also posses the mimic with Freddy as he is very smart in the way of computers and would know how to hack Helpi and use their voice to aid them. It is also possibly why they conntacted Cassie in the first place, because the were friends. This is another reason the mimic introduces himself the same way Gregory introduces himself to Freddy. The mimic also used a Freddy walkie talkie specifically. 11. Using the books with Tiger Rock it could be like them. At one point kind as it only attacks and chases one Roxy attacks and Cassie runs. It could be switching personalities from wanting to be free to wanting their friend. If Cassie escapes they would be alone so they cut the elevator. 12. If Freddy and Gregory had made it out they would of destroyed the elevator themselves to stop anyone from going down. 13. Helpi could represent Freddy and Gregory talks as normal. They are very passive aggressive because they share the same body much like the Stitchwaith and Golden Freddy. 14. When a person dies it can leave agony infused solely or it could come with a soul as well. A soul is naturally aggressive because of their agony which is why Freddy's and Gregory's change and become the mimic
The recycled pizza duffle bag was probably an Easter Egg to the Chuck E Cheese Legend, but given it mentions a whole new spice of pizza with different toppings on it doesn’t connect to the rumor that CEC used to have, this could be a whole new thing? 🤔
the only problem is glitch trap wasnt made from the mimics software and boards that was used for the ai but the path finding which is what glitch trap comes from is from srpingtraps circut boards
I believe that the Storyteller tree WAS in fact in the pizza plex, but just like the books, it was removed before the game takes place. Where would it then be? The big ass pile of wires that seemingly knows its way around the entire pizzaplex, the Blob
I found it super weird when the mask was put on and Freddy disappeared. That's when it hit me Mimic was manipulating everything Cassie was dealing with
Yeah it's more clear and less convoluted. It's straight forward. Some people overanalyze and overthink. Or actively deny evidence in front of them and make shit up. It bothers the f out of me for the last thing. Cause the story is somehow clear to me. I guess it's just me but before seeing any theory content and just seeing gameplay unedited, I deducted the information I needed. And I haven't even read the books. The only thing I knew was that the mimic existed in the books and such. Help wanted 2 may give more information but yeah
@@Its_Asteria His gregbot thing which he was feeding his audience with for more than a year still gives me a headache, now watch MatPat covering it up like he never came up with this crap in the first place and that we were all just seeing things and in fact he was "always assuming that gregbot never was a thing"
Fasbear entertainment executive: alright new idea, let's make a new line without using anything from the old brand. Because at this point im starting to think the old brand may possibly be cursed. Who knows, it's crazy enough that it just might work this time.
That duffel bag text was probably just poking fun at how chunky cheese pizza looked like it was multiple pizzas put together. There were a few videos going around online.
"Poses as Gregory" - now, here's an interesting thing. The Mimic copies. That's how it learns to BE an entity at all. If we work with the assumption that the Mimic underneath the pizzaplex thinks it IS Gregory, and that infected-Helpi and Mimic-Gregory are seperate subroutines that view each other as individual entities, then the Mimic literally never lies to us. You can argue its statements are manipulative, but that's only secondary. Everything it says is very true and accurate to the viewpoint you would expect from Gregory because he's a kid, not because he's being deliberately manipulative. It makes you start to wonder how much is intentional and how much is just following its programming.
I sont quite understand why the Mimic being faux-Gregory and also yellow-eyed Helpi would lead to those two characters arguing in front of Cassie. I mean, what benefit does the mimic get from making its imitation of Gregory respond to Helpi like that? All it does is reveal to Cassie that Gregory somehow has access to her mask, more likely to make her suspicious than anything! Are we sure theyre not twj separate beings?

Do we maybe think the mimic in fnaf help wanted mimicked the tape girl to get the protagonist to let it out ? There’s a lot of hinting that princess quest is the way the mimic gets out, a being sealed in the basement, and someone comes to let it out. The tape girl has an oddly weird shift from wanting you to destroy it to “ let it into your brain and then shut it out” it sounds like how the mimic got Cassie to let it out. Js
Okay so what if the mimic was deactivated but because we beat princess quest and released glitchtrap from the game it was able to host onto the original endo and because glitch trap was scanned into all of the animatronics it used fractions of data from all of the bot to be able to mimic all of their movements and voices
Vanessa is infected by the virus from Help Wanted. The Mimic controls Vanessa to unlock him but Gregory shows up to set her free from that mind control (Thats why he beat every single arcade in GGY) After this they go away. Then the Ruin events starts.
Great Video! My theory about how the mimic gained access is simply through Vanny, who got influenced by Glitchtrap/the Mimic Afton. Vanny probably has the know-how to sneakily implement the mimics Programm into the Pizzaplex Network. A few questions: What does M.X.E.S stand for? Which ending from security breach do you see as canon? (I think the Redemption Ending) Looking forward to the next video
How does the mimic know who Cassie is? As far as we know it copies Gregory’s voice and uses it to lure Cassie to the pizza Plex. Can it read Gregory’s mind and find out he has a friend called Cassie that he can lure to the pizza plex? This is just something that has been confusing me.
It seems that the Mimic has access to archive recordings from the Pizzaplex. It was able to replay lines Gregory said while in the Pizzaplex, and the VANNI mask lets us hear other random lines spoken while he in the Pizzaplex. The Mimic probably has access to archive footage from the same cameras as the mask, which is probably part of how it sees everything going on in the Pizzaplex. It was probably due to an oversight not anticipating the Mimic using old footage to trick people into helping it.
I think the tree equivalent is the giant Freddy statue. There’s a giant Freddy head in security breach, the statue in the in middle and in RUIN there is a AR version of the statue but instead it’s Monty

Another question is how did the Mimic managed to contact Cassie in order to get her to go to the PizzaPlex? Cassie was very much no where near the PizzaPlex before she was told to meet "Gregory" there.
I think yellow eyed helpy must be infected with some version of mimic 2 or something because why else would "gregory" or the mimic 1 say that he helped helpy get rid of the M.X.E.S., trying to take credit? The mimic 2 or helpy seems to be able to create voicelines that haven't been used before where as the mimic in the basement mostly uses lines that can be found in security breach, things that were actually said word for word. Just a thought!
Mine theory is that mimic was created by animatronics, do you remember security breach ending when Gregory and Freddy ran away from springtrap and there was fire everywhere? We all saw how molten freddy took away springtrap at the end. As we all know mimic can make different voices, do you remember funtime freddy ? He can also do different voices, so my theory is that when molten freddy (funtime freddy) took away springtrap he took away his body and made himself whole and this is how he became mimic.
I really enjoyed your video and explainations. There is some connection between the cleaner bots having yellow eyes and the mimic and why we must deactivate them to get to the destroyed glamrock bonnie. My theory is that since the mimic program has some level of control over the pizzaplex and animatronics, it used the cleaner bots to cover some of the "glitches" and weird occurrences. From many of the videos I have watched covering this game (Ruin), and game theory live, its clear that Monty was the one that destroyed Glamrock bonnie, and we know the reason behind monty being violent as described in your video is due to the mimic program. My question is, did the mimic fail to control the glamrock bonnie suit due to it's connection to the MEXS security (both are bonnies and this series has a focus on bonnies and William afton), and therefore destroyed the animatronic using Monty. This then allowed the mimic to have a series of animatrocinics that it can fully controls or has influence over to learn about the outside world and find possible people to manipulate to free it.
my evidence for the cleaner bots being used by the mimic system to hide its glitches kills and other weird occurrences from the normal people is that we (the players) require the Vanni mask to deactivate them. The Vanni mask is part of the pizzaplex VR/AR system. It also might explain why when we deactivate them we hear cries of children or screams, it could either be actual souls of children that the bot has stored OR it's the mimic crying literally cause it's losing connection and control over the bots. You explained in your video that the mimic has killed a lot of people itself, so the screams of those people combined with any other recordings from the killings by the other animatronics could be used as a defence mechanism for the mimic to feed of people that may try to deactivate it or it's minions (i.e., cleaner bots). What better way to show the mimics' adaptive prowess than by showing that it has learned humans don't like the sound of screaming children and using that to scare off and fend for themselves.
I love how the game intentionally uses the bad association with rabbits that the fans have to trick them into thinking that the MEXS rabbit is evil, when it's really for security and to combat the mimic. super smart on the devs
First we got a Freddy that was on our side, and now we have a Rabbit that turned out to serve the role of a Guardian
Theory: they reprogrammed glitchtrap as MXES.
... it's a pretty basic twist man
But mxes literally jump-scares Cassie and kills her controlling animatronics how is it good it's evil to me just like the mimic and mxes looks like glitchtrap and it looks evil not good to me
I know MXES IS A SECURITY SYSTEM CREATED BY Vanessa
@@rad1165Maybe because of the mask? It's a security and you're a threat. It's just doing what it's programmed to do.

@@RemGames Also Tiger Rock had 2 different color eyes, just like Sun and Moon in ruin having one eye for each of them.

I do not thinj this stationary robot claw/excavator will play that huge of a roll. Unless they make a game, that has multible of them in abuilding and xou have to get past them. But that does not make for a good story on it's own, you'd still need a proper antagonist or goal.

That is so Interesting and would definitely be unexpected
My last 3 top questions
1. How did it alert Cassie if it only has control over the pizzaplex
2. Is it luck or planned that those two walkie talkies are there
3 If it is planned how did the Mimic get a walkie talkie and at that a Freddy one and how did the Roxie one get so close to the entrance
Sometimes you can hear different tones in the mimic Gregory’s voice. Like putting together snippets of dialogue

You and Matpat could make a great duo 🤣. You two will be unstoppable and no one will say these theories are fake because Matpat will have your back 😂

When you said that the mimic took on the personality of the main antagonist of the games, that’s what made the whole new story arc click for me. Absolutely amazing work
I'm excited to see where the mimic goes. They have a real opportunity here to make up for the wasted potential of Vanny.

The voice lines from SB come from the mask itself. When you see chica and have the mask on you can hear what she is saying.

There is no proof Cassie dies in any ending, not to mention Roxy calls out for her in the Elevator Crash ending.
@@ChaoticJester I hope she doesn't die for real. But until then, I am assuming she did.
Don't forget the eyes. The Mimic has yellow-orange eyes. Helpi has blue eyes, but corrupted Helpi has yellow eyes.
The "recycled pizza" controversy was actually something Chuck E. Cheese's was called out for. Interesting that such a thing was mentioned in FNAF...
I wonder if going forward Gregory and Vanessa are going to be similar to Andy and Kyle from the Child's Play series? One of the child survivers along with a older female guardian type figure making it their mission to stop the villian. Along with any new children who get wrapped up in all of this
Very interesting idea. It would definitely be fun to see!

This theory was explained so well and the connections all make sense!
Well, this changes everything! If this is right, then the Mimic has been the true villain the whole time!
I belive mimic is real gregory trapped by Vanny.
Just like the soul of the missing children being trapped inside wet floor bots
Pov: you got excited because you thought it was a game theory video but then looked at the name
You got some things right some not, mimic got sealed after princess quest ending by gregory and vannesa, which is why endo has the freddy speaker, because it was used to lure mimic inside while both of them were able to seal it while it was inside. M.X.E.S. is probably a program made by Vanessa and Gregory to stop anyone from reaching the mimic, it also learned from the cameras footages in pizzaplex for sure, mimic was traped either way underground and gregory with vanessa trapped it even deeper down
Honestly still stunned that they took the lore in this route.

Although, i'm not TOO sure about FNAF World Henry counting as a game appearance first, considering it directly contradicts SL (which it was teasing) and FNAF 6, and simply is just *book* Henry, who created Baby and got killed by his Suicide Endo.
As for Mimic? Honestly from what i've seen, while it's SIMILAR, and *may* have a similar backstory, it's got differences. So while it may give more info, most of what you actually need to know is just... in the game already.

That's it. Grimic is now going to be cannon.
What if he is not possess, and at being split, the only thing that remain inside of the animatronic per see is Glitchtrap the mimic imprint of Willian actions(only a theory but could be inside of mimic there were several imprints of other people that in some point were left behind In Other devices or inclusive animatronics.)
I think MXES is unrelated to him in any way and his appearance is misleading, the avatar and icons were generated by the AR of Vanni Mask, what at not recognize the program asing interpret it that way because is easier for its own programming.
But glitchtrap is mimic and afton is gone, kaput, dead and finally in hell
Burntrap is the mimic as well. Match up the endoskeletons and it lines up. The burntrap ending is apparently not the canon ending but an alternate ending if you don't rescue vanny through princess quest (at least what I've come to conclude based off gameplay)
It makes more sense that burntrap is the mimic as well, because afton is gone. Now I'm not sure where the mimic would have gotten human skin from but it's either a mimicry of flesh or it found afton's corpse and wore it like a costume, it wears costumes.
This concept of souls being apart of the actual animatronic parts is nothing new. Ennard is literally this and many other moments in FNAF
@@Its_AsteriaThe mimic's appearance looked nothing like Afton, even without the rotten burnt up springbonnie suit his charred and burnt skull, fingers, and his flesh. I think what endo Vanny/Vanessa used for Afton is a mimic model-2.
Gotta say that the game theory type thumbnail brought me in but I'm glad I clicked
Broo I was so confused before I watched this video. I didn't read any of the books and this kind rekindled my FNAF obsession. This was so good!
Is Springtrap working with the mimic? or is he dead and the suit being puppeted by the mimic?
congrats on the high quality video man, I loved it :)
Thank you so much!
Soo, William afton has actually been dead for ages, well before this game

Hello wall
I sont quite understand why the Mimic being faux-Gregory and also yellow-eyed Helpi would lead to those two characters arguing in front of Cassie. I mean, what benefit does the mimic get from making its imitation of Gregory respond to Helpi like that? All it does is reveal to Cassie that Gregory somehow has access to her mask, more likely to make her suspicious than anything! Are we sure theyre not twj separate beings?
man you schould really do a partnership with game theory with you and matpat dissecting security breach and the other games/dlc that will come you would be especially good at finding every missing pieces of the puzzle
I would love to do another collaboration with MatPat! The first one with Film Theory was so fun and it would be so cool to do one with Game Theory as well!
@@RemGames well i'm glad you alreday had the chance to collaborate with him and i'm as eager as you to see that happening again on game theory especially on this time because it seems that matpat focusses on the little minor details without giving more attention to bigger ones and missing things in doing so. i wish you the best in doing so and will come back to your future fnaf videos so good luck for what you plan next
I am very happy that I learned English, so now I can watch and understand this amazing video.
The Mimic controls Vanessa to unlock him but Gregory shows up to set her free from that mind control (Thats why he beat every single arcade in GGY)
After this they go away.
(I think the Redemption Ending)
Looking forward to the next video
YOU REPLICATE MATPATS STYLE PERFECTLY OH MY GOD
i hate how he uses the same font as game theory, i actually thought that matpat uploaded for a sec
There is no actual proof at The Mimic and Glitchtrap being the same. Glitchtrap is clearly a William Afton's creation.
Glitchtrap is William. Its just Williams brain.
it’s funny hearing Gregory say hello hello at 15:14
How does the mimic know who Cassie is?
Have you seen the Welcome Home website update? It's amazing!
I haven’t yet, but I’m planning to! I’ll be working on the next Welcome Home Theory very soon!
To be honest there is no proof that the Mimic was Glichtrap, maybe he was Burntrap but there is no canon proof that he was Glichtrap
Yes there is
Glitchtrap is 100% the mimic as he mimcks tape girls voice in hw. ( I'll send the link)
In a file in hw that spells out orgin it has glitchtraps origin and whats his origin a endo )
@@Sing87eh 1)Steelwool or Scott didn't confirmed anything so is never gonna be an 100% chance
2)It doesn't directely say that Glichtrap is the Mimic so no
@@stef_thebigboss1650
1st: i never said steal wool directly said there mimic i said glitchtrap mimicks tape girls voice in hw. 💀💀
2nd: put the pieces together orgn :thats a endo which was scanned for his programming
Mimic 1 AI: from a endo that was scanned into fazbear ents systems .
Pretty sure they match nicely.
*and they never said that gltchtap was afton either so i quess there not afton*
@@Sing87eh still not official yet
@@stef_thebigboss1650 kinda still is
The funny thing about the message at 9:17 is that it's a reference to the recycled pizza accusations about chuck e cheese
Blud got the matpat title and picture
Another question is how did the Mimic managed to contact Cassie in order to get her to go to the PizzaPlex? Cassie was very much no where near the PizzaPlex before she was told to meet "Gregory" there.
I love how they put the Chuck E. Cheese recycle pizza theory in there
Man I didn’t even notice Helpi changing eye color lol
I think yellow eyed helpy must be infected with some version of mimic 2 or something because why else would "gregory" or the mimic 1 say that he helped helpy get rid of the M.X.E.S., trying to take credit? The mimic 2 or helpy seems to be able to create voicelines that haven't been used before where as the mimic in the basement mostly uses lines that can be found in security breach, things that were actually said word for word. Just a thought!
9:26 is that a refrence to the chuck e cheese conspiracy
Mine theory is that mimic was created by animatronics, do you remember security breach ending when Gregory and Freddy ran away from springtrap and there was fire everywhere? We all saw how molten freddy took away springtrap at the end.
As we all know mimic can make different voices, do you remember funtime freddy ? He can also do different voices, so my theory is that when molten freddy (funtime freddy) took away springtrap he took away his body and made himself whole and this is how he became mimic.
I been HOOKEDDDD on these FNAF Theories 🔥🔥
Game Theory 2 LITERALLY EVERYTHING IS GAME THEORY 2, FROM THE EDITING TO THE THUMBNAIL.
VERY interesting theory! I like it a lot and will definitely look more into that!
