It won't fly in court. The evidence they have all over their website, their statements, the free track day, and even the owners manual proves it's designed and encouraged to operate at high speed. If my car ever burned and my insurance or Toyota don’t pay for a new car, I'm suing someone. And given the said evidence, there's no way I'd lose with a good lawyer, even vs. a large company like Toyota.
