Good and latest equipment does matter but what i think is to me new equipment or fancy gym doesnt matter. All you gotta do is exercise which you can do anywhere.
Grateful to live in the same time span as in Chris' active career and experience him, best yet to come. What a work ethic and example on so many levels 🤞🏽🙌🏻
Love this cbum! Growing up as someone who was veryyyy skinny and pretty tall my back was a major weakpoint! Especially with having scoliosis officially since I was 10 and being super skinny didn’t help that at all! It wasn’t severe enough where I could get surgery to fix it but bad enough to be noticeable esp in jr high & hs! My back was pretty much why I started taking the gym seriously when I graduated hs being 6’2 145 Now almost 4 yrs into my fitness journey I’ve put on 45ish lbs with making myself out on healthy weight & muscle and now my back is a big strong point of mine which is a huge prayer answered 🥹 🙏
Same here. Found out I had scoliosis about 3 years ago and started lifting to try and fix my muscle imbalances and now it’s become more about aesthetics and bodybuilding than for my back😂
Chris is the only person on TH-cam where I watch the full workout. I just feel like theres so much to learn and catch from him and his form and methods when approaching reps and how he gets the reps done.
I like how he shows almost all of his sets and usually WHOLE sets too. Many other guys show like 3 reps of first set of an exercise then 4 last reps of the top set and that's it lol
could you please give us a tattoo tour of the tats you've got? love your content, keep it up you have a ton of people being motivated and inspired by you
I don’t think you’d ever go into acting or running for office, but I do think RAW x CBUM will grow very well plus your own personal gym with state of art equipment in North Carolina!
@ChrisBumstead I know this probably goes against your training regime, but I’m really curious to see you complete a full body session covering all muscle groups. What do you think - possible future video?
Does anyone know Chris' warmup? Im always interested in everyones warmup. Some do the same exercises that they're doing that day, but 50% lighter for one set. Some just walk/jog the treadmill and stretch before their working set. Id like to hear Cbum's thought on warmup and what works best for him
Hey Chris. I work hard and I like using my own energy. You should try taking cuts by animal. You can take it however but not with large consumption. It will not take anything away from your strength or body just work hard on them and be light on the packs. You feel pretty good and it’s very relaxing to get a small cycle going. Nitro pairs well with heavy sets and you will feel better after hard days to beat catabolism. Hope you can enter in open this year. You train very nicely. Keep at it and I’ll be happy to watch you shape up! -David, the bestest and most beautiful dude.
If you could ever go thru your form for eacj body part exercise you do like once a week thatd be so dope. Your incline dumbbell press especially looks so clean
He does a proper warmup of each exercise before moving to his heavy working set. He follows the golden 3 rules: Activate the muscle, Load the muscle, Exhaust the muscle. And he does this for ALL his exercises. For instance on his Supported DB Row: He takes his DROPSET weight and uses it as an Activator by doing 4-6 reps to get his body feeling the movement by waking up the exact musculature needed for that specific movement. This allows his next heavier(working) set to feel buttery smooth instead of struggling at it like most people. Every wonder why your second set with a weight feels better? This is why. So... Chest-Supported row: 80 lb DBs x4-6 reps (Activate the muscle) 100 lb DBs x10 reps (LOAD the muscle, working set, trying to improve reps/form) 100 lb DBs again immediately dropsetting to 80 lb DBs (exhaust the muscle) Then move on to the next exercise. The job is done.
Chris specifically said that he does not want to go bald and none of the classic athletes are bald but this video shows how much hair he's lost since the last olympia his forehead has just gone wayyy back! We all wanna see him get a transplant and grow his hair back just like his earlier bodybuilding days😁
Chris bumstead! I live in Korea. I'm always watch CHRIS's workout videos before going to work out and get motivated! I will go to GYM and try the exercise you did today.

Nice video as always, sometimes the videos are a bit shaky and i could spot in the mirror that you guys arent using a gimble to stabilize the cam, i would recommend you to get one, its just more pleasent to watch and your style of video making has a lot of cuts so it can be a bit jumpy sometimes, i think this would help in this regard aswell because its just overall way more smooth.✌️

Idk about mobility exercises or stretching, but you can see in the video that he warms up before every exercise with lighter weights
Yeah
I feel like I’ve seen him using bands at some point to warm up shoulders
Do stretching with light dumbells or rubber band. Shoulder stretching is must
His warmup: Pop the cap off… fill the juice up, have another man inject the needle into one of his cheeks
Lets get it !!! Great workout ! Cant wait for the 5th WIN
Would love to see how you eat the tuna... Do you, like mix it up with something or just plain?
