My legs have just started to get some good size but I'm not one of the heavy squat and leg press sort of dudes I much prefer the time under tension and squeeze approach so this video will help massively! Great content keep it up!
Nice. Weight is never a substitute for better muscle contraction. The dudes that lift heavy and have massive legs will always also have just fantastic mind-muscle connection, they never sacrifice it.

Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

This is yet another example of how you don't need to do tons of volume if the intensity is there.
Just because you see your favorite IFBB pro doing 30+ sets to failure each workout, doesn't mean you need to. A few sets per mucle group with proper intensifying techniques is all you need if done right.

Avoiding Injury with leg training; May be better to avoid "butt to the grass". Knee cap area gets too tight, I have always gotten a mild injury each time I over do the range of motion.
