Meatballs:
1lb 80/20 ground beef
1/4 cup diced parsley
1 small onion grated
2.5 oz Boursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 eggs
1.5 - 2 cups bread crumbs
AP Seasoning, Italian Seasoning, Red pepper flakes
Spaghetti:
1 lb spaghetti noodles
1 diced onion
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup tomato paste
1-2 tsps beef bouillon powder
red pepper flakes and italian seasoning
15 oz tomato sauce
28 oz crushed tomatoes
2 tsps white sugar (optional)
AP seasoning
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Love the recipe yet to get a moist meat ball please use bread soaked in milk.same 2 cups bread crumbs.

@@Jman417I have always done the milk and bread. I think that's why he puts the cream cheese and sour cream in to replace that. I get what he's doing. He really doesn't need the bread and milk though not with those ingredients ingredients

Man ..... Another awesome dish to attempt. What is always present in your videos is the simplicity of the overall preparation. Cooking has always been full of anxiety for me. I LOVE to eat but am always fearful of something not turning out right. Always like your take on a dish. Your ingredients are first rate. I switched the tomato sauce for mashed San Marzano tomatoes to kick it up but your meatballs were flawless.

I'm not big on spaghetti and meatballs, but I am going to do this recipe and use the meat and sauce for a lasagna or penne pasta, as I am loving all the ingredients in the meat and haven't even made it yet! I usually use heavy whipping cream to reduce the acidity of the sauce, gives it a nice orange color too.

So I posted about a week ago, that while I wasn't big on spaghetti and meatballs, I would try this recipe using a different pasta. But I made this last night using spaghetti as I needed to know what the meat and sauce would taste like (no red pepper flakes). I will be using the recipe to make lasagna and penne pasta, but we NOW will also have spaghetti and meatballs periodically -- this recipe did not dissappoint!!! 😉😎🥂

Love your channel have made several of your dishes and all turned out super awesome. My only gripe is writing all the recipes down. wish there was a printed version. If I knew all recipes you share on TH-cam were in your cookbook I would purchase it. I hesitate because I've been cooking for about 50 years now and have WAY TO MANY cookbooks most I don't even look at anymore. TFS you're an awesome chef!
