Those meatballs are definitely tried and true in multiple ways (meatball subs sweetish meatballs no sauce )I tried them almost 2years ago and have not turned back❤❤❤!!
You did a great job! I always tell people to save the drippings from the meatballs or meets that you're cooking.. everybody tells me that's gross because of the fat LOL we always use the drippings like that, . You were the only one I have seen do that and I am 52 years old. Good job honey
So I posted about a week ago, that while I wasn't big on spaghetti and meatballs, I would try this recipe using a different pasta. But I made this last night using spaghetti as I needed to know what the meat and sauce would taste like (no red pepper flakes). I will be using the recipe to make lasagna and penne pasta, but we NOW will also have spaghetti and meatballs periodically -- this recipe did not dissappoint!!! 😉😎🥂
By the way, I've adopted this recipe, but I do one small thing differently. When I drain the pasta, I drizzle it with olive oil and sprinkle it with freshly chopped basil and a TINY bit of rosemary. You don't need much.

Question...maybe a dumb one, you said you could freeze the meatballs, raw or cooked first? Love your channel have made several of your dishes and all turned out super awesome. My only gripe is writing all the recipes down. wish there was a printed version. If I knew all recipes you share on TH-cam were in your cookbook I would purchase it. I hesitate because I've been cooking for about 50 years now and have WAY TO MANY cookbooks most I don't even look at anymore. TFS you're an awesome chef!

I usually use heavy whipping cream to reduce the acidity of the sauce, gives it a nice orange color too.
