This German-Indian couple (Arjun Sharma and Juli better known as Namaste Juli) living in Jagatpura Mahima City VillageJaipur got into a scuffle with their society members over a dog's poop and turned into something really serious. After discussing this over the previous 2 videos, but now as the CCTV footage is out, we will do a deep analysis and establish if we were right or wrong and then compare it to the sections registered in FIR against the offenses committed against the indo-german couple. Let's take a look at this to really see who's right and who's wrong.

You may get shot at and accused of a felony, but at least they follow proper protocol in the US and the UK police is leagues better than the US while US police is far better trained and disciplined than Indian police, when even that is considered as worse by their citizens.

In some years we plan to move back to India but seeing this it has made us reconsider our plans. We love India to bits but some people really do behave like junglees. It’s so heartbreaking to see that you can’t even trust the police. I really hope the system changes one day. One more thing to be noted in this whole incidence is how police behaved. Actually the police was initially called by Arjun and not by the other party but instead of registering Arjun's complaint on the scene police listened to other party and booked a complaint. Which was wrong.

The whole society must be having a grudge towards this couple. Women were insecure of their husband liking Juli , while men were jealous of Arjun for having a Loving and beautiful wife like Juli. I made a comment on another vlog that this is pure case of harassment due to jealousy by the society people on the couple. Now the couple got the right to complain or take action on the Society guy, the local police and the Judge as well. The biggest problem in India is people do not know when and where to stop. You can’t tell other people what they can and can’t do, as long as they are not hurting anybody. Property owners need to know that they do not own the road in front of their property. Their property ends where their walls end.
The whole ruckus that was created by the people of the society, the phone snatching, the abuse, the damage to property and trespassing just made the entire society criminal. I hope they are all held accountable and are ashamed of what they did (which they won’t but we can still hope).
My thoughts are with Julie and Arjun. Hope they come out stronger from this mental trauma that they went through.

The ringleader is a JUDGE. He knows the laws, but tossed them aside at his convenience. He harrassed and encouraged his family including what looks like his minor daughters to not only harrass this couple but to file false charges against Arjun by getting the police to slyly take his to the station and arrest him.
I honestly believe that a formal apology from the police/cyber officials as well as from the uncultured and inhumane residents (especially the retired judge who has forgotten that his service is FOR the people) of that society should be demanded for all the trauma they have caused to this couple who just want to live a peaceful, happy and safe life with their pets. Not just that, I personally believe that the newspaper which printed false news about arjun should also print an article about the actual truth of the whole situation.
It is really so embarrassing and hurtful to see this kind of traumatic incident happen where the residents of the society trespass and harass a couple just because they feel insecure and dont like Arjun and Juli being much more respectful towards people than they can and that this couple actually have love in their heart for animals. Also, shame on the girls and the women who actually supported and participated in this harassment. I really wish to question the girl who accused Arjun of touching her inappropriately if she really is so unaware that women do actually face these kind of situations on a daily basis and she just misused this 'feminism' to help her family. I am so sorry to say this and god forbid this ever happen but if someday that girl actually do face such kind of behavior, where would she go and seek help, because once you lose your self respect and the trust that people have in you, you lose everything. no one would ever believe what you say even if it is true.

Egoistic people will go to any extent .. to harass, bully, threaten.
It’s clearly understandable that the accused personnel has planned this with few more people from the society and influenced police somehow to threaten the victim and his family.
It’s not something that has happened in a day, accused must be fuming with jealousy for a long time.

Same happened with me when I took my dog on walk and he was standind near a lady's house she said "Agar kal se dikh gya to upar se pathar gira ke sar phor denge " (she was in the balcony)and my dog didn't even poop he was simply standing below her house but she threatened me just because she assumed that my dog might have pooped also it was not her property it was just the street in front of her house.This shows how uneducated and unethical most of us Indians are and when some people decide to leave the country for a better life outside people start abusing and calling them out.
