I am also foreigners living in India and i faced the same problem has you each time i was living in a society. You guys should move in an independent house. That's what I did and i don't have problem anymore. These kind of societies are hell. There will always be an uncle or an aunty who think he is the boss and society and try to impose his stupid rules. These people are jalous and bored they will always try to create problems. An incident, I didnt have good experience visiting jaipur, when I asked for the hotel accomodation, without asking anything the guy who was in the reception ( it seems he is the owner and he is a lawyer by profession) replied to me 'we dont allow foreighner' seeing my face (am not from north Indian though from India). So racism is in highest peak in Jaipur.

In Delhi recently two IAS officers husband and wife have been transferred to Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh where conditions are hard because they were abusing power hope Rajasthan government and law enforcement will also take strict action against these people to make a precedence.

Even my neighbours are such "jallads"
They literally used to hit our pets with sticks. Not just our pets, even the stray animals who would do nothing but sit right infront of their house.
One day, one such thing was happening where our Neighborhood Aunty was asking the residents to take a street Dog and drop him in another area. That was the time when my Parents had a heated argument with her. After which, she didn't really do any such thing again.
Like such neighbours are a literally a headache.
