Dear Arjun & Julie, whenever you visit police station to record your statement, make sure your lawyer always accompany you. In presence of your lawyer, the Corrupt Police Officials will not dare to pressurize you or twist your statement. Also this step will provide you immunity against illegal detention at Police Station. Also obtain Anticipatory Bail against Arrest in the case from High Court before visiting that Police Station.
Dont take anticipatory bail right now. Let them do another mistake. And go to police station with previous statement n lawyer.

Two points - 1. I hope you are sharing information on social media after consulting with your lawyers. 2. Reach out to Narendra Modi and ask for justice. Julie should reach out to PM's office. Julie should also ask German Embassy to help for harassment. (the other party is smart in involving Arjun in the case rather than Julie so German Embassy may not be able to help much.)
Exactly they should involve german embassy bcoz once its a matter of international affairs then that judge's authority will be peanuts.. and they have summoned both of them, the matter involves Julie so she can equally interfere also being the spouse of victim.

Jo bhi ho we always support you.. be strong this problem will also solved by time.. being positive is most necessary thing in these situations.. Once I got into similar situation I was so depressed then I started becoming more spritual, started reading Hanuman Chalisa every Tuesday and Saturday 5 times and that helped me lot in being positive in that tough situation and after some days my problem was solved.. You should also try😊

You must have applied for quashing of FIR under sec 482 of crpc in High court.
The honorable court will verify the FIR by listening to the IO and both the parties concerned, without going into the nitty gritty of the case and decide on the quashing of FIR only.

Myself pregnant housewife living in my own new bought house in raipur with my husband, and some neighbors 5-6 houses neighbors are also harassing us since last year, we don't feel safe and comfortable living in our own home just bcoz we are young than them in age they just comments us whenever we gets out of our home. Please help us. They gather in huge groups outside our home and starts to argue when we don't even want to talk to them. We had filed complaint in nearby police station but no action been taken.

Such corrupt officers like ex-judge/his family who assaulted and harassed Julie/Arjun (as can be seen on cctv footage), the police officers who assaulted, insulted Arjun wrongly should be punished by law. Understand you guys shifted to Mumbai but could shifted to other residence in Jaipur till after the High Court case in Jaipur. Bhagavad Geetham States: Challenge and Face the situation. I have also terrible court cases since 2018 about neighbor woman issue who wanted to murder me for my Hindu Religion. This court cases going on for more then 4 years, I also wanted to escape from all this hell nightmare BUT I have to challenge and face it otherwise I will have again court cases issues in my next rebirth which I don't want.

PM, or CM has no authority for giving justice, High court judges usually support a retired judge, hence you may not get justice in India.Regarding support from social media " we support you" has no meaning unless they actively support in police station or court.
Please stay strong and remain positive, please try to get German consulate into this issue. They might get PMO into this case.
