Support for Julie, this is a great campaign, justice against inequality. I truly support this campaign. How people can do this, and to what level they can go to defame someone. We must stand against all these people who are defaming our culture. Police also should not come under influence and take a stand here.

What is extremely disturbing is this :
1. The Judge and his family’s assault on the house of a person.
2. A judge instigating a false accusation by using a lady and jailing under false pretext an innocent person of crime.
3. The Judge’s abusive use of his power to subvert the law by using the police force for his purpose.
4. The Same abuse of power of the judge to think he is above the law and use his position for his own personal agenda .. once again harming an innocent and regular citizens.
The citizens of india need to get clarification (on twitter especially) to the Judge and lawyers body of india if they think they condone the behavior of this judge and thereby claim by this action they have no accountability and therefore falsely implicate any citizen of the country without accountability ?
This is a total disgrace and horrible precedent. I am posting these points to the Law association on twitter for judges and lawyers to respond and citizens of india need to ask accountability too.

The core problem is this German couple are tenants. There is a problem in India where other owners think that tenants are enjoying the benefits of the society for much cheaper cost and these immature people look for some reason to fight or lecture tenants. I too faced similar problems because I'm a tenant despite the fact that I'm richer than those society owners but still I had to face the discrimination because I don't own the house.
If these couple were owners there, the treatment would have been completely contrary. That's how much hypocrites our Indians are becoming day by day. Irony is the wrong person in this case is a retired judge. I think his judgements should be reopened and it's a shame on our system to appoint these kind of useless people as judges.

Yeah,
There is a line for ownership and dignity of human. The issue in India is that the owner of the tenant's flat doesn't have any issue with the tenant and vice versa but the other owners in the society can't digest tenants living in the same society along with them. These people think they bought the property putting in a hefty amount but tenants are also enjoying the same benefits at a lower price as per their narrow perspectives. That's why they want to elevate themselves for nothing to satisfy their ego. They are given an authority to make bylaws and this is where they started to run a parallel government itself inside a society. Many times my own fundamental rights were violated by the society members in Mumbai. I too do have 7 flats in Vijayawada and Hyderabad combined but I don't have intentions to settle in Mumbai hence didn't want to purchase one here. Since, I don't own a flat in Mumbai, I'm considered as a secondary citizen here.
I have been a tenant myself....I agree on some parts.....but you know what when we bought a house and shifted in to new house our neighbor was a tenant and the mother in law of the neighbor used to come on holiday and used to dominate and bully us as if she owned the property....for 4 years I kept quiet but then one fine day I gave it back.....so more than ownership it's about people mentality

That's what the attitude matters. In your case, I don't know on what basis she is trying to dominate you guys but there are such people too who only want to dominate everyone. What's important is that every member who is lawfully staying in a society is a resident and the mutual respect and dignity has to given to each other. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it. I have been following this couple from the very early days. Very very lovely, positive and always respectful towards people, animals, culture, neighbours and above all to India. I have seen Juli as a genuine person loving Indian culture so much and with tears rolling her eyes when they get mistreated due to her appearance and being a foreigner. From scamsters who cheated the couple when they tried to legally get married, sufferred covid, harrassed in their previous society again by a older gentleman over their dog (what is is with indian old farts who hate dogs so much) yet they smile always and are always positive and move on.
They need to be featured on other youtube channel and on TV asap. This injustice needs to be tackled asap and that horrible members of that society should all be shamed nationally especially the judge and his family, that other neighbour who picked up the hockey stick and the most disgusting cops who jailed him for no reason and endangered juli's life by having to live in that house alone with a hostile neighbours willing to hurt her.

Hey, I just came on your channel after watching the incident, your points were valid, and on spot, there were just so many breaches of laws and the police didn't handle it well at all. I am writing this comment from the US, I have lived and grown up in India for 15 years so I have experienced hardships with the police and neighbors like this. I have stumbled upon Juli's channel before but their police video was recommended on my feed so I watched it just like everyone and was interested in it. First of all, right off the bat, I feel our nation is going downhill, it should be going up and improving but it's totally the opposite. Second, the police are supposed to be honest with the citizens and protect the citizen, but it seems so fishy and corrupt. I feel so disgusted when I see people from a society supporting the people who are doing wrong and want to create all the problems with innocent people. This makes me think people like these exist and will do anything to destroy an innocent human and won't get in trouble because of their "connections". I really hope Juli and Arjun get justice and get help however they can. This is not how you treat a foreigner or a human in general.

RAJASTHAN is doomed state. Once a truck hit my car in jaipur and I was calling the police. Same thing happened with me. Police didn't pick my phone up for next 1 hour. And after seeing this and the murder of kanhayia lal. I will never go to that failed state. And in UTTAR PRADESH if you call police they will be at your door step withing 5 mins . The issue isn't even the dog poop because they actually clean it up.They have poop bags. The couple was targeted because because of their evidence. Some people really hate animals and love making things difficult for pet owners. This is an example of that. This entire incident reminds of the old woman who bashed puppies to death in Bangalore while the mother was desperately screaming in the background.
