- This recipe is very popular when who go to Taiwan. This is a favorite pasalubong. You can find them almost everywhere. There are also many many versions. Each bakery claims theirs is the best. This is not actually a cake. I would rather call this a pastry. This is one of the recipes that I was able to get right the first time I tried it. I hope you will enjoy my version.

Yes its true noong nag work ako sa Taiwan isa ito sa paborito ko.ang gaganda pa ng mga boxes nila.meron ding ibang palaman but pineapple jam is the most popular.yong medyo mumurahin hindi masyadong yummy.matigas sya.pero yong expensive one subrang sarap.malambot.na miss ko talaga ito
I sometime grab a box in asian store dito sa state pero ang mahal .

Potassium Sorbate ma'am NOT sulphate. Add 1/2 tsp. for the dough and 1/2 tsp. for the filling.
