Ok, so go into your C: drive, then program files x86, then steam, SteamApps, common, Team Fortress 2, tf, cfg, delete your autoexec and then replace it with the file.
c:/programfiles(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/teamfortress2/tf/custom/mycustomstuff(if you dont have this, then make this)/sound/ui you put it in there :)
