Very cool! Great video 👍
Appreciate it!
Great design!
🤜🤛
I think so. That sounds right.
Nice! I've been wanting to check out that model!
Good looking knife from almost all sides - but what I don't understand on high end knives is why the blade hole and contouring of the scales for the index finger are seldom designed together to correspond. Part of the hole is usually covered by the scale which makes no functional sense as well.
I agree, well designed!
Fair point, I've seen some models that do just that, if it has a slot, I need to be able to use it🙂
good looking knife for sure...Terra Mundi is Beyond's premium line...
Definitely and thank you for the clarification! 🤜🤛
would love to see an update if you do decide to etch and stonewash it
I'll definitely do a video on it once I do!🙂
I really like the design of this one. It looks very well made. I need to add a integral titanium folder to my collection at some point. I have a crappy aluminum integral, a lionsteel that I forgot the name of. Lol. Anyway awesome new knife 👍👍💪💪🔥🔥🫡
It's one integral I knew I had to have!
There's another integral from TwoSun I'm really interested in getting(TS142).
Is the LionSTEEL integral the SR11?
@@KnathansKnivesyeah, that sounds right on the model #. Wasn't sure if it was a sr1 or sr2. One is aluminum and the other is titanium. Mine is the aluminum and the action is horrible. Lol
I wonder if Twosun is the OEM. They have made some relatively affordable integrals and they always send everything soaked in oil and wrapped like that.
That's possible, I'll have to look into it🙂
I usually buys rather cheap new knives on ebay, but the must have at least AUS8/440C/80cRV/Sandvik 14/D2. The knives are usually sharp, but gets sharper just with a strop. But then I start to enhance the blad s with often a thinner edge going down to join st under 20 degrees. And they get scary sharp but not what a better steel or a fixed angel sharpener could do. I usually use a Workshop Field Sharpener, just to learn to do a good freehand edge, and I have a good strop to finish it off. I have some scars to prove 2 things, 1 I can get them sharp, very sharp and 2 working on knives and looking at film on TV isn't really the optimum way to have scar free hands and fingers, but I have been better to put it down when the film gets very interesting. Like John Wick 1 to 4, then I just fidgeting with 2 axis lock (Ganzo G-lock) same model different feeling in smoothness, but what a feeling to almost get the blade out and in just by tilting the knife just slightly above and under horizontal. And no fingers in the way when closing.
Makes sense, those are some good steels, I'm a fan of Sandvik steel.
Appreciate the advice on sharpening. Definitely need a worksharp set up!
