    Wow! You are amazing, 1.7 lb per week is an achievement to be proud of! I have been on my journey for a year and a half and have only just reached over 2 stones. The main thing is to keep going, as you say it’s a life long journey not a race! You have done brilliantly and inspire me to keep going every week. Thank you ❤xx

    I am a wheelchair user and have lost six stones in the last year. Your motivation is the only thing that matters and you know what your focus is. Whatever others say is totally not important although compliments are good for the ego! You know what you want to achieve and how. It definitely feels better to eat more healthily and my health is my focus. I have MS so have other concerns. Def suggest having small targets and then working on a day at a time and knowing that you are doing what is best for you. For me not eating sugar and processed food has been a game changer but leaving a little scope for flexibility. You are helping so many people with your channel.

    What a great video Denise. You are such an inspiration to us all. Glad to report I'm fully back on track. Ive walked every day and our warehouse in work is 7 floors high and ive been walking up and down them 3 times a day. So im happy to say i lost 2.5lbs this week. So happy xx

    Who does that horrible person think they are commenting them horrible words, if I'm having a good week I can lose 3 or 4 lbs, but I gain it back the following week and keep gaining, I would much rather lose 1.7 pound or even half a pound a week and keep going , your weight loss is consistent and that's the main thing, oh the cheek of some people, make my blood boil, I love your videos and I would hate anyone to upset you like that, apart from that, I love this video, like all your videos its very motivating and helpful, thank you and keep going and F#@k the begrudgers ❤❤

    Just found your channel and subscribed. You’re so inspiring and I know you will reach your goal.
    1-2lbs loss a week is ideal so your troll clearly doesn’t know anything about sustainable weight loss. Like you, I’ve had ups and downs while essentially doing the same thing but weight fluctuates regardless of whether you’re trying to lose or not, it’s a natural process. The main thing is sticking to a healthy eating habit and seeing that downward trajectory 😊

I am on holiday right now and I fully expect a pretty hefty weight gain 😂 but I have no other holidays abroad this year, and so I am making the most of it. I can always lose the pounds again 😊.     This vlog is so inspirational. You make alot of sense. My weight comes off in little bits. Have managed to lose 4 and half stones. It's taken quite awhile but I have mobility issues. As you say everyones journey is different. We're all in it together and need to support eachother. Thanks for taking time to do this vlog xx😘

    Oh Denise the photos... I am still avoiding doing themeven tho I very much am a visual person the thought just makes me feel sick.
    My husband has said he would do them and store on his computer until I am ready to see difference. I need to take that step.
    There is one person in house and not my husband as he hates the crunching noise who is delighted with my falling back in love with Apples the blooming dog... Roo now expects half my Apple so at lunch and in evening we sit listening to Birds sharing a Apple, he is so big it literally is like feeding a horse as he likes to crunch into and is not impressed if I cut his up. 🤦‍♀️
    The green colour of your Tee Shirt really makes your eyes pop... have you ever thought or done a colour analysis.
    I am thinking that will be one of my treats. I did it years, ago and found blue, a colour I seldom wore was one of my colours even now if I wear blue folk will always say wow that suits me.
    I am lucky in that I never feel even at my size that I have to confirm to black I love colour but as I have got older and paler it would be interesting for me to revisit colour analysis again.

      Oh bless Roo! How adorable. Rocco loves a little bit of everything I eat, but I’ve cut it right back the last week or so as he has 2kg to lose. He’s a wee bit pre-summer body 😂 so he will be trim in time for summer park walks to see his lady dog friends 😂😂.
      Thank you so much 🩷 I have heard of the colour analysis before, but haven’t really looked into it too much. I will have a read about it now thanks to you! I’m glad you feel confident to wear colour and so you should! I’ve stayed away from colour for many years, but now I avoid black! I think I have one black top now which I just bought last week, to go with a skirt that I have. Otherwise, I have no black jeans and don’t wear black to work anymore either, even got rid of my black trousers! At one point, I had about 7-8 pairs of black jeans/jeggings. I now really dislike the look of them, so I am glad that that has changed for me. Have a lovely weekend and thank you so much for supporting me 🩷 xx
