I guess the only question is who's going to rent in a time specific to brick and mortor closing up in favor for online shopping. My guess is to invest in outdoor activity centers such as the new style Golf range locations, Beer Eats Television gatherings with Golf range gaming. They now have it for basketball as well. and one can only guess soon will come football and baseball in the same format.
