The shot where we see a projection of Tennant's face is likely an Eleventh Hour-like shot where we're shown all the previous incarnations of the Doctor. Or at least, that would make sense considering we're now on Disney+ and there might be a new audience who hasn't watched the show before, so showing them the faces of the previous actors helps them get up to date.
I think because you were distracted by dinosaurs you possibly missed that that strange green girl was actually Ruby, she's worrying that if she steps on a butterfly it'll mess up time, then the doctor says that won't happen, then she steps on a butterfly and looks like that. Trailer is good, all looks pretty interesting

They had me anyway after the specials and Xmas and now this looks great. It's good to see the fun back as, putting my other feelings for the last few years aside, I felt it missed the mark regarding fun. Can't help but notice UNIT looks even more like the Avengers tower in this. I'm still really annoyed about the air times for the debut of the episodes, because it breaks a long standing tradition of mine but there's not much I can do about it and it's not the show's fault. Really looking forward to it. 🙂
Regarding the season arc, it would be cool to have each episode be them going to a particular time/place tracking clues to try and stop that future devastation. Each still having its own story, but adding to the overall plot following the clues. Somewhat Key To Time-ish, but more story driven than that.
@@CulturePhilter not really, no. It was too convoluted and compressed. It needed more room to breathe (that wasn’t the only problem, but one of the main ones). I think what I suggested could work well if planned out well and done across a whole season like this. Especially if it’s the goal but not the main focus of each story.

@@CulturePhilter Its way easier said than done lol, so far its taken me over 5 hours to put the clips in the right places, then another 5 explaining with captions on why i put clips where i did. (I dont use my voice so it probably would be quicker for you) But you can do if you like as well, but it takes forever lol. 😂 Ill have it uploaded within he next few hours + i started on 100% battery on my ipad, and it went flat because of how long it took!
I know i feel auto repeat but ....i just xant get excited about this next era bar a few stunning visuals ....i judt feel we need sonrthibg different ....tinelines wobbling all over the place, super special companions, uk history ....it all feels done imo ....ill give it a go and genuinely hope we get something good in this story wisd ...like sure FUN FLUFFY SATURDAY ENTERTAINMENT is decent and people we eat it uo but i genuinely want something to show off Doctor Who in a brilliant way instead of ....samey samey

It’s a bit to fast to me but that could be just the trailer.
I’m sure there will be a mix of high energy and slower moments in the show itself. Trailers are usually edited for pace.
