A correct answer right at the start. KOPI is great. My general move in a new city/country is to look up roasters on google maps instead of looking up cafes. I find a roaster generally knows their way around a good extraction better than the average cafe.
Was impressed by the friendliness of the coffee shop personnel and their eagerness to share their insights. All the coffee drunk, you had to be pretty buzzed. Darwin has to be a pretty hot place.
It was very refreshing to meet so many people who were excited to chard their coffee journey. I was buzzed to the max, I had to have a afternoon nap to recover 😂 cheers Luke

Visited Darwin this July for 3 days, and Kopi shop was my favourite. Was my first time trying kopi coffee!
