The coffee shop I just started working at has a 1930s English wood fire roaster, and we use that to roast the beans. They turn out really good!
This is put together really well! Moving back from NZ I know Ozone and All Press very well but some spots on here I wasn't aware of which I will be visiting!

Many coffee shops have been opened in Istanbul in the last 10 years. Plus u may drink original Turkish coffee . So maybe İstanbul next time.? :)

I sometimes wonder do these people lying when they say the amount of coffee they sell in a day? Early on the video he said 1300 cups/day? I have a coffee shop i admit it is slow but when it's quite heavy that to say to sell 100 cup/day is realy super busy. Still cant get my head to sell around 1300cups/day

I went in a 7-11, and to my astonishment there was every kind of flavored coffee you can imagine. Cherry, blueberry, lime, lemon, raspberry, chocolate, cinamon-mocha, orange, huckleberry, bosenberry, bannana, kiwi, peppermint, wintergreen, pear, tangerine, pineapple, and guava, not to mention all the decafes. I looked and looked for regular coffee to no avail. Then in the corner by its self stood a pot gleaming in the flourecent light of this store. Alas I ran to it almost tripping over the cushion mat near this counter. I grabbed the largest strofoam cup they had was about to pour copius amounts of this steaming liquid in to my cup. Ah but it was not to be, this coffee had been on the warmer for what appeared to be weeks. The black goo slowly ran as if it was syrup, and made a splat in the bottom of my cup. I quickly put the pot back on the warmer, and was in search of a manager! When I found Hadji he explained in broken english, that Regular Coffee was not a thing anyone wants anymore, flavored was all the rage. He went on to say that; he keeps a pot of Regular going now and a again for some of the "Old Timers" that come in the store. I took my half filled cup of goo, threw it on the floor stomped up and down on it, grinding the black ooze all over their freshly mopped floor, and headed out the door! Hadji was hollering; "Come back, where are you going?" Starbucks, said I !

But why the sickly americanised 'coffee art' on the milky coffees. I've never had that in Italy and never had coffee in UK as good as Italy, and usually 2/3 the price. Spend more time on coffee and less time trying to divert away from why we are there, the coffee taste.

looking at all these amazing cafes, I think Starbucks should be banned.
Pretty poor advert during a pandemic. No social distancing and lack of masks from presenters. The industry needs to advertise safe environments. Sad to also see all the major usual names. Grind, Ozone, Caravan etc.
