Clearing Out The Hanging Baskets / Quick Patio Clean Up / Garden Centre Bargains

I was in the garden yesterday for a wee while and decided to clear out my hanging baskets in readiness for some new plants. I also ended up doing a wee bit of weeding and sweeping up. Then a quick look at my garden centre / center bargains. I am so looking forward to some bright sunshine soon hopefully.

I'm contemplating trying to grow peas and strawberries in hanging baskets in the greenhouse 😮. Might be a fun experiment.

Hiya, I think that’s a great idea. I’ve put mine in the wee hanging buckets because whenever I grow strawberries on the ground the critters tend to munch them before I get the chance. I was thinking I’d like to try growing cucumbers in my wee zippy up greenhouse. Thank you so much for watching and leaving lovely comments 🥰

Can i ask what you do with old plants that are dead, do you bin them or reuse the compost

I have a wee pile that I add all my old plants for them to compost down 🥰
