you did the launch in normal mode put it in sport and you will see the difference

@@cured_bacon647 The shift before it was bounced off the rev limiter, that 1-2 seconds between gear changes sounds like clutch slippage.
Use sport or super sport, not normal when you go ham. It shifts faster and less clutch spin. A RA stock should hit easily 5.8. Some guys got low 5s as well.

wish I had recaros in my RA
the recaros are nice, but only if you fit them perfectly, for a decently sized person like myself, my leather seats are more comfortable.
I be doing 4.8- 5 seconds flat in my ralliart. Turn off traction control hold brake, tap tap tap the gas then when your ready release the break and the Ralliart takes off like a Evo. Only problem about that is you will destroy the sst transmission
savage pebbles oh my friend, my buddy in the ralliant is already full speed towards P1875 haha, he is well aware of the launch techs haha, he just shifted poorly in the video and that’s why the time was a bit high

I have a 2010 GTS Sportback, I love the thing and hoping to add some nice mods soon.
Wish EU got GTS model...its such a discrimination that we have only 1.5; 1,8 petrol and 2.0 diesel engines :(

Interesting location. The GTS will last longer, for less: nothing new in that. Ralliart was for leasing, to someone with income: between the years 2010ish to 2016ish... who willturn it in after 3-5years

I have a 2011 lancer SE and I broke my front bumper with ICE in winter outside of my garage 🤦🏻♂️, I want to change the front bumper with a ralliart front bumper to have nicer more aggressive look, similar to the EVO
So get an evo bumper and go directly to the look instead of similar haha
Do people here know if the aftermarket intakes for n evo also fit a ralliart?
Unfortunately I don’t think so as the Evos intake has the pod filter exactly where the ralliarts battery is

I was wondering why you said the ralliart is infamous? Amd what’s with the recaro seats craze? I’m not yet sold on them for my lancer….
The oem suade ones are very comfortable, as infamous, because at the time of the recording, we all had 150-180 hp non turbo cars, so when my friend showed up with a ralliart one day, there was a lot of ouu and awhing because it was twice as fast as any of our cars.
@@Huntsteven6 ahh I see…I definitely understand…still down there with the non turbo in my lancer…but scored a ralliart turbo engine for a good price and I’m thinking of swapping that with my current engine…and perhaps turbocharging that eventually…perhaps I’ll look into the suede recaro seats now that you peaked my curiosity…

Hey bro i have lancer 2008 gts and its transmission is dead last week. I am thinking to put new transmission so want to know is it have same transmission as lancer 2007 SE. its a 2 litre engine.

I would love to give you some hope but from my experience in junkyards and from what I know, you will never find a ralliart in a yard, youve got maybe a 2% chance. Sorry, :(

That depends on the year and mileage
Relatively cheap if you look in the right places. Just picked up a 08 Es with 93k miles for 1.5k as it needs downstream O2 sensor and struts. Oh not to mention the interior needs a steam clean it’s filthy lol.

Yea I’m looking for my first car. My budget is 10k and I was looking at a lancer I saw a clean GTS I contacted the owner and ask him about the specs of the car. I was annoyed on how little he knows about his own car.

In the ralliart, there is basically a custom Exhaust, Intake, and a cobb that doesn't really do ANYTHING lol

@@matthewarmstrong4966 I loved that car, so many other people did. Looking back, there were some things that I was proud of, and some less proud of. I bought that car for 6k, drove it for 3 years, and then sold it for 6k. As for the mods, well... most of them I was able to sell and those that I didn't sell, I transferred onto my Evo X such as the radio and the sprint booster. All in all, I probably lost maybe 1-2k on that car. 1-2k for a fun car that was lit on the track and shot flames for 3 years??? sounds pretty worth to me. edc1022 multiply your knowledge by 10 and that’s half as much as I know about them. I have installed turbo kits, cams, and have rebuilt engines. So tell me again what exactly I don’t know about them? Especially since I’ve owned all the 2008+ lancers with the exception of the evo.

ice in mags is very disturbing in winter my dude, it make the drive shaky. it's maybe ugly, but it is safer for the car and more confortable to drive this way in winter.
Finally managed to get a Ralliart and I have to say that thing is a beast. Fast as hell
Depressed Sauce it does manage to put the power down well with the sawc. I’ve said it time and time again, fast and fun car to drive, but the experience of a manual is irreplaceable
