Good evening Craig. Nice to see you again. Good to hear that you got to meet up with some of your old friend and feel the love. DEHD is a great band. For a three piece band I dig their sound. I really like the twangy guitar sounds. Especially the vocals from the both of them. If you are going to get a an itch to listen to a certain band or artist. Modern English is the perfect one that will calamine and satisfy your itch. I love their music. You grabbed my all time favorite Dylan album. His best. My fave Bob Dylan album! Don't know all of the records on the cover but two of them are "Keep On Pushing" by The Impressions and "King of the Delta Blues Singers" by Robert Johnson. And of course Dylan's own "Another Side of Bob Dylan" is way in back behind the woman in red.
Nice finds Craig! I have the Cocteau Twins 'Stars and Topsoil' collection on vinyl. Pearly Dewdrops Drop is the sing that got me hooked back in the day. The Secret Sisters is new to me: I'll check them out based on your review! 😎🎶🎸
