Hi Connie, sorry for my late response. Being Mexican is truly an honor that I don't personally have, as I am proud to be Canadian 🇨🇦 I may not have the honor of being Mexican, but I embrace my Canadian identity with pride and celebrate the diversity of cultures around the world 🌍 BTW, we say Cilantro in Canada 😉
Bro got that read dead stew cooking
Hahaha, you got me. I am actually the guy who makes this stew in the "Red Dead Redemption" 😆😆😆
Do you taste the beer at the end?
no the beer only makes the stew more flavourful
Hi Lilly, thanks for asking.
You don't taste the beer in the stew, but it adds some notes that make this stew very Irish 🇨🇮
Hi Zavyer Fray. Thank you!
You are absolutely correct. The beer makes the Irish stew super flavorful 😋😋😋
Irish stew is lamb and parsley and Guinness.
No olive oil..
I used olive oil at the beginning for browning the beef. If I add more oil, trust me, the stew would become greasy, yuk!
Cilantro?? Are you Mexican?

Hahahaha, they are not the same, they might look similar, but they are different 😉
Oh, by the way, I am not European 😊
In all this is a FAIL.
Hi Connie, you should have tried it. It was super delicious 😋
